I agree with you. I have brown eyes myself. Fluctuates between light and dark brown. Depends on the season, so right now they are light. Very light.
I love my girlfriends eyes the most, for they are an interesting mix of brown:

That costume is Sponge Bob Square Pants incarnate! My sister found it on the street and set him next to my bed whilst I was asleep. it was scary to wake up with the costume staring back at me! Aptitude at typing!?
