I did a mistake (or more like an hours worth of mistakes) with the cooters picture, so it's not looking too good at the moment.. I might repaint it.. Here's a preview of something completely different that I am working on though. whee  Yeah, I will do something for you too Sui, but I haven't started it yet.. ninja

GEEZ! That's an incredible painting. The mouth, ears, fur, eyes... It's friggin' perfect.
You're gonna make me feel bad when I graduate my photoshopping classes, because I'll never reach YOUR quality. ;_;

oh wows the WIP looks mint - it looks like a phyoto <£ im loving those colours though seriously groovy and we just saw a hedgehog in our garden !! how cool is that!!

i meant it like your doing work for the both of us as i havent done any arts in a while and you seem to be painting like a demon C: a uber groovy demon though not those nasty ones xD i suck at wording XD

Mir: Thanks, but I've worked with digital painting for 14 years, and horses are pretty much what got me into drawing in the first place, I must have at least 30kg of horse sketches stacked away in the attic somewhere. If you can find any course that will compress that into a year or two, then I'm in...... sweatdrop

That is very cool, I love hedgehogs! I hope you are feeling better now..
I've spent a few more hours on my horse, and I really look forward to finishing it! I've never tried drawing this kind of short fur realistically before, so it is good practice for me. smile

Would it be a problem than that, if you ever have the time, if you could draw a character and a horse from one of my favorite video games?
I mean, if you want. The game is called Shadow of the Colossus. I’ll give some links if you’d feel like reading ‘em. >_<;

Would be great if you could post it some time today, I probably won't have internet in France, but I will bring laptop and tablet..

I am in a crappy internet cafe in France right now, all the keys on the keyboard are in the wrong places and the connection is really slow, so it took me ages just to type up that... emo
But our house is amazing, it is so big... The rest of the family is coming down to visit us tomorrow, so we will be 13 people, and still there are plenty of spare rooms! I found a lot of old handcarved frames in the attic, so I am planning to buy loads of canvases and oil paint and decorate some of the rooms.
We might get internet and telephone tomorrow, so I can use my own laptop, and upload some of the paintings I've done so far. smile

I am back in Norway now. It was a great ten days, but I'm not used to being around that much people all the time, so it's kind of nice to be back in my own apartment.. whee Most of the rooms in the house will be rented out to meetings, conferences, weddings and holiday-makers, but I can use the rest of it as much as I want. smile So I am probably going back as soon as school finishes, I think I'll have about 6 weeks of Christmas holiday this year! I finished the horse painting. mrgreen

Haha, thanks! I worked hard on the fur texture in that one, so I'm happy you think it looks real. smile In other news, I finally finished the Cooter kiriban, sorry about taking so long! I have some exams coming up next week, so I may not get to paint a lot in the near future.. I have about 1500 pages to read that I haven't even started on (and that I know very little about because I only went to one of the Regional Ethnography lectures), plus I need to finish up my 3000 words philosophy paper. sweatdrop My fault since I did nearly no schoolwork in France. But yay, aikido practice tomorrow. heart
