"And to think..." I said to Tails. If I had a eyebrow to raise, I'd raise it right here. "...people at one time were calling ME pessimistic." I said.

"I'm not being -pessimistic-. I might just make a terrible mistake up on the slopes one day is all," Tails clarified. How he did not define this as pessimism was a mystery.

Doragon smirked when he saw the small attacks come and began to bark orders. "Shadow Ball Paint," Doragon ordered. "Majesty, dodge and use Growl." The two nodded and Paint opened her mouth to let out a large ball of darkness. Majesty leaped to the side and opened her mouth in a distorting cry.

Shirubā watched as the Shadow Ball slammed into Cinder and growled. "Leer Cinder," Shirubā shouted. "Wuu use Tail Whip." Cinder and Wuu nodded, trying to lower their opponents stats.

Another moment to raise the eyebrow arises. "............uhhhh huh." I said. "Um. well. Yea. Anyways." I got up from the table. "Let me go make some arrangements, alright?" I said, walking. "It'll be a while before Tristen's clothes get ready, so might as well get something set up."

"So whatcha got in mind?" Tails asked, and followed Blizz. "I can always keep him busy if you need time."

"Well, I need to get him the clothes." I said. "It'll take a bit of time. So I figure to use this time in the meantime to get him learning how to control chi a bit better than what he can do. That's why I got him trying to get electricity out of points of his hand for the moment. Unless you got something else in mind?" I asked.

Tails shrugged. "Nothing, really. You did well enough with me though. I can just help him wind down and stuff. I -know- how to do stuff like that."

"Well, how about you do me a favor..." I then looked back and guided Tails out of the kitchen for the moment. "...that may be what I need you to do every now and then. Tristen probably is going to let this get the better of him with the kind of drive he's going on."

Tails nodded. "Yup. And he's got a bigger chip on his shoulder than I did. He'll need a more...gentle hand to keep him from burning out." he said. "And more than just wet, sticky stuff. If I could find a stormy plains, it'd be easier."

"It'd be appreciated. If you find something, let me know. Maybe I can try to help you out in getting over in such places." I said.

"I bet you could," Tails said. "And I'll need to do big brother stuff with him, but I don't even know where to begin. That's the hard part."

"That's usually the hard part for anyone." I said to Tails. "Do what you feel is right." I said, rubbing his head a bit, then walked off. Time to go make that order.

In the mean time, Tristen was still trying to make electricity only come out at certain points...he seems to grasp it.......on one hand at least. The other? That's a big switch already.

Tails left Blizz to make his order. He peered into the kitchen at Tristen, Tails quirked. "How's it coming?" he asked.

"Ok, I guess." He said, trying to work electricity in the fingertips like he was with his other hand. "This is real tricky."
