"Ripped" to me is like huge muscle that looks like it was going to burst out of the skin and the veins are like coming out. The legs are so thick that if it was a chicken's, it can last 10 people for like a week. Sort of like your character, just more musular.

That ripped is grose and is Body Building, that is Un-Healthy and NOT Fit one bit.

lol no it really isn't the two are deadly even, both can't fit in regular vechiles, both building up "something" around their hearts, both have extreme power, and sadly both are un fit for doing anything but either lifting weight, pushing weight.

well, if you workout like a sumo and you eat like a sumo its not a problem. as long as your work at it.

I know there is this 5 points in keeping fit

Cadio Respiratory, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance and one more I cannot remember.
