What he is doing is people who, it's somewhat like the force, people who have weak minds or are in a weak state, like half asleep, will do what he asks. If they are aware and have a strong enough mind and will, it doesn't work.)
He turns. "Even when weak you have a strong mind. I wonder if you would make a new apprentice. A better apprentice." He leaves the cop ranting about everything she knows (If she is. Like I said, enough will power, it's a no go. And if this is too close to Godmoding, tell me, I'll try to, I don't know, weaken him or something.) and walks over to the guy. He slaps him on the face a few times to waken him without using his powers. "Hey! Wake up!"

Policemen stared at Walt, preparing to draw their tasers. Mobius' eyes snapped open, and he began to laugh. "Up-up-up, can't have you harming a sushi magnate in public, let alone surrounded by police. Let us speak civil, and work on a mutual solution." A look of derision and amusement at another's expense filled his face, eyes and smile coordinating in nightmarish synchronicity.

He woke up and looked at him. "What? Oh! I didn't mean to bring everyone." He fell asleep from weakness. Walt was also there. But he was near death.

sasuke looked at mobius. "just because you can do something doesnt mean you should....and you DONT hurt my friends!" he looked at brook and smiled. he then looked back to mobius. "leave before i decide to finish you........and if you hurt my friends again.....i'll destroy you....."
