Diseased-looking blood began to ooze from the dead man's wounds.

Ro stuck the landing and looked down at the dead man, disgusted, "God..." he said quietly.

Gregory tried to head back down the stairs, but was cut off by the two women that chased Andreas and Henry from before. He yelped and jumped back.



Before the two women could step into the tower, the floor suddenly vanished from beneath the six (Ro, Gregory, Henry, Andreas, Arthur, Serena, and Monica) and they began to fall into darkness. Oddly enough, the dead body and two women just seemed to float in the air.

They fell.

And fell...

and fell.

They fell long enough to reach maximum velocity and then hold a decent conversation while still falling.

Still no ground, yet.

"So I'm guessing this isn't going to end well!" Andreas screamed, his voice cracking.

"I think you might be right!" Ro screamed back, cleaning his knife and pocketing it as they fell.

Gregory was in the fetal position as they fell.

After the initial shock, Henry calmed down enough to realize that he had grabbed his knife. He wiped the blade clean on his pants and put it in his pocket, then got comfortable.
Well, as comfortable as he could while falling.

After a long enough time, Andreas lost his sense of up and down. He spat to the side. to see which way was which.

The spit fell alongside him.

Well, damn.

Arthur slid his knife into his backpack and then drifted over to Gregory. "Are you okay?" he shouted, trying to do what he could to examine him.

Gregory tried to "swim" from Arthur, making it difficult.

Soon enough, ground was visible beneath them.

It was the ground they fell from.

"What the Hell?" Ro muttered.
He resisted a scream as he rushed to the ground.
He, along with the others, stopped just inches from the ground.
Ro opened his eyes to see why he hadn't been turned into Mashed Ro and suddenly fell the last few inches with an "Oof", by no harm.
The same happened to the others.

The room they landed in looked almost exactly like the tower room.

Scratch that, it was the tower room, the only difference was that everything was just a little bit brighter, and there was no body on the floor.
The arcane symbol on the rug was now a "10" and the doors were numbered 1-9 instead of their arcane symbols, the mirror being number 6.

Andreas began to feel a slight, tingling sensation in his belly, it wasn't a bad feeling, it kinda tickled, even.
His spit from before stayed inches from the ground.

Henry stayed on his a** as he looked around.
"Well...what now?" he asked. "I think it's safe to say we aren't getting out of here any time soon."

Henry felt the same tingling sensation that Andreas felt, only around his neck, where his charm resided.

As they looked around, Henry's hand went unconsciously to his lucky charm, a small ivory necklace hanging on his chest. He felt the tingling but didn't say anything yet.

Andreas screamed as he approached the ground, clutching his butterfly necklace tightly. It abruptly change to a confused, "Huh?"

Gregory crawled to a corner, still high.

Ro rubbed his eyes, they were tingling ever so slightly and made them feel weird, "Anyone know where we should go?"

Slight commotion could be heard downstairs.

Andreas tried to push towards the stairs. He scooted along the ground to the staircase, acting cautiously as he approached it.

Andreas witnessed something amazing.

A staircase.

Okay, so not so amazing, but at least the women weren't there.

Andreas noticed a silver coin a few steps in front of him, about one and a half arm lengths away.
