In the Comics and the games, Xizor is too busy to be doing the dirty with Guri. It may have been mentioned in text, but not as an actual event. A quick historic reference would be my guess, but she was more his messenger and public face to my knowledge.

I think he'd either just try to kill the Sith, or shoot the lightsaber handle (to keep the Sith from using it).

And, I'm not sure what would be messing up what you want; any suggestions?

I guess. seems to be more jedi masterish than jedi knightlike though, but whatever works.

She has more or less all the light side stuffs, save for Master only powers. But only four that are mastered on knighthood. 3nodding And Push is one of her weaker, unmastered skills.
Plus, her preference leans more towards the Force as opposed to lightsaber. Part of her motivation in this is to not be as agressive, focusing more on defense and all.
