Brief Personality: On the oustide, Freyja is the perfect female Storborn to the current ruler. She treats males with utmost respect, believes females should take on home-life or religious roles and should have no place fighting in the military. Minor dabbling in politics is a trait in girls she lets slide - if only because she doesn't wish to crush attributes that would make a strong leader in her children. On the inside, however, Freyja is opinionated and frustrated. Though she's never desired to fight in the military, she has a horrible tick about her mental abilities being down-talked, and you can bet she thinks she can solve that problem better than you. That being said, she's still a homophobic, speciesist, discriminatory a*****e. Just because she has a brain, doesn't mean most women do. And she won't hesitate, in private, to hit slaves that are out of line.
Brief History: Her father was a Reaver who worked under Kondo's father. He had a tryst with a goddess and brought back to daughters. (Add: Freyja doesn't talk about being a seer openly). When he was killed in battle, Kondo's father raised the two young offspring along with his son Kondo. Freyja grew up with one sister, a much kinder, more calm other half. A sister who she watched grow happy with Kondo, and of which she grew steadily jealous. Though she never wished actual ill on her own kin, she felt no hesitation after her sister died during childbirth. As was socially correct, she simply stayed far away from the romantic side of the situation until much later in time. By the time she felt it was acceptable to start courting Kondo, she had played every scene over in her mind. If her voice wouldn't be heard when she was alone, it would certainly be heard when spoken by an honorable Stormborn.

Brief History: Having left his own family long ago in order to pursue his goals, Ensis happened across a party on viking. He was impressed by their strength and skill, but had no desire to be captured. The white lion followed them from a distance, learning where the pride lived. A few days later, he approached the border on his own, intent on joining.

Brief Personality: Myka is gentle, soft-spoken, sweet and mindful of her manners. She acts the way a proper female should, and has no desire whatsoever to become a Reaver. No, Myka is perfectly content to live her life as a proper freeborn, and hopes to one day find a husband who will love and appreciate her for all her faults and virtues.

Myka loves plants. She loves to grow plants, which might be odd - but considering that the pride itself relies on plants for their mint and berries, perhaps it is not such a strange hobby to have. Though she does keep a plentiful bounty of berries and mint, Myka has a small garden where she tends to other plants. Medicinal plants, plants for the priestesses to use how they will, and also a small array of flowers for dyes and inks.
Brief History: Myka is Aedel's sister. She is the most beautiful lioness in all of the land. Her father is a strong and manfully manful man. Her life has been rather boring, but she does dearly love her pride and her plants, and so long as she is left to herself and treated with respect and a gentle paw, Myka wants for nothing more.

Brief Personality: Neska is a skittish sort, and duty-bound to serve Myka. She's wary of males and would prefer never to have to speak to another male in her life - though she tolerates Aedel only because she was raised as one of his family's thralls - specifically, his sister. Neska is both meek and jumpy when in the presence of lions she doesn't know or recognize. She is not talkative to strangers of higher rank, but finds it easy to talk to those of similar rank/upbringing.
Brief History: Neska was given to Myka when they were both young, and they were raised together. Though their official relationship is Freeborn and thrall, in truth the two are dear, dear friends - and Neska is safe in the knowledge that Myka would let no harm come to her thrall-friend.

Brief Personality: Happy go lucky, and generally on the affectionate side, Hakuna'msiba is an overall nice girl with a serious brawler's streak in her. Coming from the Aikanaro'hini, she was taught to fight and be ruthless about it if need be. Fighting is a passion of her's, so even though she can't be anything more than freeborn (or thrall if junk don't work out), as long as there's someone to spar with she's happy.
Brief History: Hakuna'msiba lived in the Aikanaro'hini with her mother (who she loved dearly) and large family (aka, they were like half the damn pride). Her mother, after a long life, died and Hakuna'msiba could no longer stand the grief she had. Abandoning her long-time love interest in the Rogue Lands, she wandered as far as she could away from her pridal lands until she was certain she could no longer smell anyone she knew (hahahahahahahahahaha, funny, right?). And that's how she'd end up here :T

Brief Personality: She's a bit flowery at times, being an ex-artisan, but she's got a sharp mind. She doesn't take things lightly. If she gets angry, she'll exact her revenge with a heavy paw.
Brief History: A bold and strong lioness, she's the eldest of a fatherless set of sisters that she left behind when the sandy dawn walkers lost their way. Now she's trying to strike it on her own. She has priestess in her blood and mind, but she'll work every day of her life if she's requested.

Brief Personality: Stubborn as any cub is prone to be, Thyri is the type to do what she wants, when she wants to do it, getting into trouble quite often because of it. As she ages, she'll calm down and hold her tongue around those not enslaved, but still hold to that original stubborn streak and putting her foot down when she doesn't want to do something outrageous.
Brief History: She was abandoned by her mother at the edge of the pride and has no memory of the lioness that birthed her. Otherwise, that's all the history she has. razz

Brief Personality: Bidii is a bit of a grumpface, a sourpuss, and horribly and terribly gay. He's not the brightest star in the sky, but wants to be independent anyway. He'll likely be a poor slave until he figures out he'll be beaten into submission, and then he'll resort to glaring to cast his point.
Brief History: Bidii was born to Nyumbani and a rogue father, and grew up with two other brothers. He stayed with the Mtaishi for a long while before a flood killed most of the pride, and he wandered aimlessly as a rogue for a while. Having no concept of slavery, he was stunned by the capture and was too poor of a fighter to resist. Kondo will use him to become the company to Sheska in order to keep her "happy" as a slave.

That sounds so exciting. I love reading these Kondo/Freyja RPs.
