That sounds interesting. Merry Christmas to you too!

It's more or less, just breakfast with the whole family. We have it early so that people with multiple places to go for christmas won't have to worry about eating multiple heavy meals near one another.

That's a good idea...you can only eat so much but for some reason people always make too much for Christmas meals.

You'd only get fat if you made a habit of eating like that and did very little to work off the food. Well, most people tend to make engrossed amounts of food so they can have the left overs for later..you know, that way they don't have to cook for a few days.

Yea, but no one wants to eat leftovers for weeks at a time... Especially if they have groceries in their fridge that they have to cook soon like me... And this cause it's just weird...not sure if I've come across it before...

I mean, I have a fairly large family, but at best our leftovers only last a few days tops (minus the stuff no one would eat anyways) and that's only getting into it for lunch. Well, with a title like "Daily Lives of High School Boys" you can bet it's not going to be normal.

I just have a big extended family (like really big) and each family brings a dish (though people tend to bring more than one or make a lot) and we don't eat as much as we use to (uncles and aunts are getting old and us kids aren't ravished teenagers anymore) and people don't want to take too much home...and it's not just meals, there's also desserts and snacks too even though we meet at dinner time. Oh! My friend just recommended me that anime last week. It wasn't on Crunchyroll so he said he'll bring it over on a portable drive when he visits so I can watch it. Apparently, it's ridiculously hilarious.

My family doesn't bring a whole lot individually so most of it is just made there. and the majority of it are younger kids that eat like there's no tomorrow. (the older ones can too, but the younger ones do scarily so) Well, it's definitely unique, I'll give it that.

And you're definitely young compared to me. How old are you again? Oh, was just curious. I've got plans but I don't feel like making the effort haha. So what is it with guys not planning things out and visiting so late? It's near my dinner time and I like to eat on time (I get cranky when I'm hungry so don't make good company especially when I start to get tired in the evenings). It makes it so inconvenient for me when I've left most of my day free to someone but they come so late, jeez.

Oh, I see, I see! *feigns understanding because brain doesn't want to work* 22, which isn't really that old, but given that the majority of the people I see aren't even 10 yet...I feel old. Plans like...? Dunno. I mean, in my case, I don't usually make plans because whenever I do something always comes up and gets in the way. And by the time it's all said and done it's usually later in the day by the time I'm free, so that might be the same with others as well? That said, in this case, I don't have anything planned simply because there's nothing for me to plan. I don't do anything special for new years.

Jeez, I feel old...I just turned 26 a couple of weeks ago... That makes you sound like a ***** are you hanging out 10 year olds? At least hang out with people who are your age. I don't really do anything for news years either but my cousin likes to and she's from out of town so I'll indulge her until she moves back.
