We should make a battle chart. Don't need one. All it is is another fight with an NPC, just giving a hint at the huge number of contestants that have entered the tourney. Then you just narrate yourself through the rest of the prelims, narrating your success (I give it at around ten more prelim battles), then there will be an announcement by me as an NPC revealing the finalists, followed by break for some interaction among them, specifically the players. Then by random selection also by me, the 12 finalists will pair off and do battle, working their way up the chart until the bout between the final two. The battles will be waged one at a time so people can focus on the fight at hand, and the obvious NPC bouts will only be narrated. Fights in the final round against NPC's will be treated as the prelims, except you're expected to struggle at least some to reflect your opponent's skill.
