Until I learn of how he managed to use a mind trick on a krayt dragon, I'm not saying anything. I just hope that when Ferno begins his PC jedi hunt that he doesn't mind losing a bit of valuables.

I just hope that when Ferno begins his PC jedi hunt that he doesn't mind losing a bit of valuables. That bit galls me somewhat as well. I seem to remember Jedi owning very little by the nature of their vows and order. Meh. It wont end up saving him when someone with better toys comes looking for him. In the meantime, time to really spice up the Nar Shadda Kombat (or whatever the hell they call it). Mando vs Mantis anyone?

A sad truth about contests like this is that not all the best people are going to make it to the final round. Luck of the draw found the Vratix against me. And I don't intend to lose.

Calra's some kind or raptor thingie, and Link's a samurai jedi. You both have options for dealing with giant insects that most mortals dont have. And what would Iust and Luger do against it? stab it with knives? Listen, Mandalore has too little experience fighting something like this. If it were of a humanoid basetype, it would be an entirely different story. As it is, I just have to resort to my backups and try to use those against it.

Cale Darksun Just seems kind of cheap. This from the guy who's got the force to draw on for super strength and speed. The Insect has a height, weight, and reach advantage on me. Plus its stronger and maybe even quicker. It's compound eyes means it can spot fast moving objects and it has the reflexes to dodge or avoid them. It has all the natural advantages against a baseline human. My gadgets level the playing field. Just like with jedi. Besides, I'm using no guns or blasters. And I wont use all these gadgets against my more humanoid opponents as it wont be necessary. So settle down and let me finish my bug battle.
