"You could try to stop being so dead set on wanting nothing to do with anyone. Ever hear of cooperation?" Aden spoke up, calming himself.

Darksol88 "You could try to stop being so dead set on wanting nothing to do with anyone. Ever hear of cooperation?" Aden spoke up, calming himself. "If I wasn't cooperative and didn't want anything to do with anyone, do you think I'd be with him?" He asked, pointing to the kid in brown, who was still looking at Aden. "So are you really a fairy then?" He then asked. Someone was a bit dead set on this.

Looking at that boy, Aden had to agree. It took a bit of patience to stick with someone that liked to chew on cans. "Okay, I'll give you that. But what about the other two? And... I'm about as much of a fairy as you're capable of consuming metal in the state that can's in." He said, wondering if maybe he should've broken up his comments a bit.

The boy in brown is probably the most confused he ever had in his life. Not a cupid? Or a pixie? Or a fairy? Whaaaat? While the boy in brown tried to contemplate this, the boy clad in purple was growing more irritated. "Look, I said I'd go with you! What is your problem!?"

"I was only asking... sorry." Aden found it best to just drop the subject and get a move on before that boy changed his mind. "Let's just go. And if you want, you can come too." He figured he could extend the 'invitation', though he was already moving so as to avoid impatience.

"Ok!" The boy in brown said, making his way out the door, a bit in the hurry. Apparently he was a bit anxious to get over there. One in purple on the other hand gave a deep sigh and made his way out of the house and started walking behind the two, hands in his pockets.

Aden didn't have to take long in concluding that speaking was unlikely to go well. Otherwise, he'd have thought of asking for names. He instead tried to make the trip back as quickly as possible.

Darksol88 Aden didn't have to take long in concluding that speaking was unlikely to go well. Otherwise, he'd have thought of asking for names. He instead tried to make the trip back as quickly as possible. The trek across the field would feel like an eternity. Well. At least to the boy in purple anyhow. He was just wanting to get this over with. The boy in brown however was enjoying himself. Everything was better with metal cans...for...some crazy reason. Though Aden would find soon enough a field of flowers was approaching.

As they walked, Aden couldn't help wondering if maybe he should try to do something about metal cans to avoid a potential problem. When he got to that field of flowers, though, he froze for a second. It wasn't a problem when it was just him, but he had a feeling things might get complicated once he passed through and changed forms again.
He soon shrugged it off, knowing it was inevitable, and passed that threshold without any other thoughts on the subject.

The boy in brown was the first to cross, naive to what was behind him. Aden would be next, however. Things changed rapidly for him. Instantly he reverted back to the Ho-oh form he had prior. His build was defined, the gratuitous amount of strength came with it, fire chi flowed fiercely within him like a volcano. Not to mention, he got the other Ho-oh features as well. The body covered in feathers. Wings, majestic and fairly large. Talons as well for feet. And of course, a beak.
This sudden change made the boy in purple stop dead in his tracks, mainly out of shock. What was once the evil eye, devising the many ways to kick the living daylights out of a frail grass fairy was now the fear of a large and in charge birdman. "Just what the heck are you!?" He shouted.
The boy in brown turned around wondering what was the sudden shout and then just stared up and virtually marveled at what he was seeing. "A SUPERHERO!"

"It's kinda a long story... In reality, I probably don't belong here in the same vein as you four." Aden answered, surprised to see the sudden change in tune from the boy. "Would you believe that I usually look like a slight mix of the two?" He was still walking, unsure of how to really confront the superhero comment. He doubted he'd be THAT much of a hero if he tried.

"Ooo! Ooo! Can you fly!?" Suddenly the can became irrelevant to the boy in brown. The boy in purple was virtually speechless though. Mix of two? What in the world is he talking about!? And what was he going to do to him NOW? He's...total BA! "......" He was virtually locked in fear right now. This kid wasn't moving.

"I'm not going to hurt you or anything like that, if that's what you're worried about." Aden said to the purple-clad boy. "And I never learned to fly, so." He hoped that answer would suffice, but given the other boy's nature, he had doubts.

No. Oh no." He tried to shake off his fright. Tried to play it cool. He was failing horribly at it. "Let's just get this over with." He then picked up the pace in getting towards that house. This was a development that he didn't count on.

He didn't know how to tell this boy that he wasn't a hero of any sort. Shrugging at the reactions, he continued on. "And whatever you say. You just looked scared is all."
