Light streaming through the tree's upper canopy dance lazily on Faolan's face. A book covered his eyes while he slept.
Most people would not have noticed the man sleeping on the upper branch of the cedar tree. His clothes, a mish-mash of grey, green, and brown, blended quite nicely with the man's surroundings.
Faolan's long hair, done into a braid for practical reasons, hung over the side of the branch where it was periodically pushed by a breeze meandering through the forest.
He had come out here to get some peace and relaxation, which so far he had managed to attain.
But then, he did not know of the commotion echoeing through other parts of the forest. Sadly for Faolan, his nap was about to be quite rudely interupted.

Whether it was a good, or bad thing, Faolan didn't know, but he did have a particular sense that the Man in the large, flowing white cloak knew he was there. If he didn't, then he wasn't a big deal, and if he did then he obviously didn't care that Faolan knew of his existense, for he continued walking past.
Faolan couldn't get a particularly good look at the man, since he wore a white hood that was attached to the huge white cloak. The cloak was big enough to cover the entirety of the man, if he was standing still. The face of this man was also obscured, because what appeared to be a piece of white cloth was drawn down from the top of the hood to cover the man's visage. Faolan guessed it was the sort of material that one could see out of, but not in.
The only other identifible quality of the man were the extensive black wings jutting from his back. They didn't seem large enough to support the man's weight if he decided to fly.

Head low, and sinking deep into the heavy shoulders of a feirce(sp) grown man, with eyes blank and searching, Joa Boo walked along a narrow road stretched across the interior of the wood. His mind far away and deep within thought cought him wondering slowly with no direction. Yet he strayed on and continued down the path without distraction, as if any such could be more then what already was. A black disfigured falcon sat upon one of the shoulders and hunched its neck to make it as small as posible. Its eyes on the road and very twitchy, reacting to any comotion that could report around Joa boo. Joa Boo's large hood of his cloak hung over his head and covered his body entierly to hide him from any unimportant things around just waiting to waste his time. Near him floated a huge scythe in mid air keep a constant position for any suden need of use. All this and the man continued on down the road lurking for a new host!!!

((sorry for the long wait guys.))
Faolan watched the man walking down the path. Everything about him piqued his curiosity.
Yawning quietly, Faolan grabbed his few belongings and put them in his pack. Strapping this to his back he grabbed his falchion.
Despite his well muscled build, Faolan jumped from tree to tree, silently trailing the mysterious figure.

Joa Boo's pointy ears twitched i response to a sense of somthing fallowing him. He reacted by continueing his walk. He wanted to get into an open area before confronting this posible threat. AS began to move quicker yet still gracefuly like a wolf. The bird set off into the sky and cought sight of his stalker. Joa Boos eyes flashed a purple making him see what the bird sees. Once he knew where his soon to be victum was he spun mid way in the air between jumping and landing back on the ground, pulled his pistol from out of the shadows and pot shot in that direction.

Faolan was thoroughly enjoying himself. The men he was following seemed to have no idea that they were being followed. They also seemed to have no knowledge that the other one existed. He watched as the bird left the shoulder of the man with the scythe and began to circle in the air.
It really was a cool bird. Faolan wondered what it was like to have an animal companion. Maybe it--
BANG!!!
Faolan's reflexes saved him just barely. The man had spun around in mid air and fired off a round with his gun. The bullet ripped through the sleeve of Faolan's shirt and grazed the skin. Warm, rich blood splattered on the grass below.
Though just a flesh wound, the damge done by the unexpected bullet was enough to distract Faolan. Miscalculating the distance to the next tree Faolan fell to the ground and rolled into some bushes.
He quickly tumbled deeper into the brush for safety. The man was obviously in a bad mood.
....................this was fun!!

Michaels well trained ears heard the gunshot from a while off. He knew the make and model of the gun, and knew that only a few price individuals that he was aware of used such a model.
And all these people were a threat to him.
Assuming it was Joa-Boo, and it probably was, whoever was being shot at was in serious trouble, whether hero, villian, or civilain.
Michael drew his Prototype Gunblade, Gundam, from the sheath on his left leg and clipped it hastily into the harness attached to his thick and expansive wings.
He felt the energy of the armor and his gun flowing together. His armor, Cloud 9, had been designed in conjunction with his weapon and worked in harmony perfectly. He felt this energy flow into his wings, which were useless to him without the helpfull duo.
He pushed himself up with a massive leap and started gliding low to the ground before pushing up through the expansive treetops of the forest and searching for Joa-Boo and his victim.

With out thinking Joa Boo stired the ground and feel through the shadows beneath him. The bird in the sky cought site Michael and let out this ear shaterings screasch that echoed all throught the forest. The bird burst into black flames and shot even higher into the sky. It slowly circled Joa Boo and this unlucky person waiting for Michaels arivle. Joa Boo came back out of the ground, his scythe on one shoulder and his hands griped tightly around its handles, near his person with his glomy eyes deep on his target. They searched his mind for thoughts and any use other then destruction. With a few seconds of no motion Joa Boo smiled. "welcom sir to the forest. I could say good bye now but only the lucky ones get such charm from me." Joa Boo said steping closer to the man. He raised the scythe so its blade was just as high from the ground as the mans. The parallel perfect for decapitation.

Michael had noticed the bird pulling such strange antics. "Ah, Joa-Boo has a new pet. How...amusing," he said to himself, banking to the left toward his target. He pushed his wings out to their full length and pulled Gundam out of it's harness on his back. He gently glided down toward Joa-Boo...feeling a prickly sensation on his fingers.
"Shooting Star!" he yelled, letting the light hot energy blow from his hand toward the demon in human skin stalking below.
He instantly felt a tinge weaker, drained slightly from the use of magic. He cought glance at the pale figure that Joa-Boo was hunting. An elf, at first glance, but not an ordinary Quel' Thalas elf. It had been a long time since he had visited the region of Azeroth, and knew not of the current developments. Why one of them had strayed so far from home was a question unbeknownst to him.

Faolan popped his head out of the bushes at the man's words.
"You sure? My aunt always said that I was a lucky one. She also said that I would never amoun to anything but then-"
"SHOOTING STAR!!"
A beam of energy went streaking past Faolan at the man with the scythe. Some of Faolan's eyebrow hair caught flame from the heat. He quickly started to pat it out.
Rolling to the left he pulled out his falchion, a two-handed scimitar, and searched the surrounding forest for where the attack came from.
These people are insane, Faolan thought to himslef as he cast Holy spells of protection on himself.

Your spell was inturupted by the massive black phenix that had now over taken the space you where flying in by suden;y apearing infront of you and letting out another evil screach. Its eyes burning red. The star shot nailed it in the chest and it fell back a bit before its body retook its form as if it was just a pile of mist. As soon as the autohealing was complet the bird shot foward at you with its mighty wings crshing through the air. It in hailed and then breathed fire right at you.

Shadows rose up all around him and it became very dark excpet for you.((if your going to team up, dont act like what ever the other person did just happens, unless Im on and have already commented it))
