It would seem that nobody paid attention to the fact that Tobias could no longer move... To make matters worse, a small group of imps emerged from a nearby bush and began to drag him away...

The imps, furious at Galbatorix for interfering in their mission, began to attack him with their tiny axes, careful not to hit Tobias.
