Hellooo everyone!!! I am so glad you are back, Sui!! I am still in India, writing my exams at the moment, and therefore I try not to be too distracted by things like Gaia and DA, even though I finally have internet.. But I am going back to Norway next week, so prepare for my return. twisted

I missed you too Mir! I posted a wip a couple of pages back that I have worked on some more. I will have a 10 hour stop over in Doha, Qatar, as well as 11 hours on the night train from Norway to Sweden, which has been designated to work on this, so I would really appreciate some advice. I wanted to challenge myself as to how detailed I could make a portrait, but I'm stuck on what to do for his story. Background, hair and upperbody is still unfinished, so I would love any suggestions about who he could be. I've spent so long on this already that I really want it to become good.. whee  Now, back to exams............. sweatdrop Oh well, in 4 days I will be finished, and there will be no more school in 3 months. biggrin

His face looks a bit sinster so you should add to that somehow and make him look like a cool collected evil villian, the detail is amazing though on his face all those pores on his face and his cheeks @__@

Oook, I'm back, so here comes the long overdue reply..
Sui: I hope your job and house situation is better now, that sounded pretty stressful to have to pay so much to his sister in addition to everything else..

I am considering making him into a villainish character from norse mythology..
I have done nearly nothing since I came back (except playing Twilight Princess...). I got sick in India and still haven't fully recovered so I'm tired all the time. And I am visiting my parents. Pretty much all of my friends have moved away from here, and I don't get my flat back until the 1. of June. But I am going out with a friend tomorrow night, I need to get out of the house i think..

Ohes? he does look a villian for sure, which one? i'd like to know then i can look up some mythology, i like mythology a lot i find them all very interesting 3nodding Though ive only really read about Greek and Indian.
Urgh that blows about the sickness i hope its nothing too serious? D: I'm pleased your going out with a friend, and i know the feeling of having friends far away.

I think he will become Nøkken/Nykr, and somehow fit into to the story about my Hulder, Ylva.. He was my favourite fairytale villain when I was younger, I still remember some of the stories my grandfather used to tell about him. smile
It's funny how most of the villains in Norwegian folklore seems to be shapeshifting sex-maniacs... Soo, I am only now beginning to discover the parts of the stories that were censored when I was young. xp

Twilight Princess? Man, I despised that game. It was top-quality, but I just couldn't play it. Nothing jumped out at me, particularly because the wolf form sucked compared to Okami.

Ahh Intresting according to wiki he is a water spirit, like a Siren but a male version =0 Ahh stpries i love stories my dad used to read to me a lot when i was little <3333 i must look up some folklore/mythology stories online always a good read C:
LOL I must look into Norwegian folklore =0 Wiki doesnt really give out much stories i am sure there will be websites dedicated to them however, there better be @_@

Sorry to just jump in buuut...Twilight Princess was a great game, Blood_Miracle! Not as great as OoT and MM...but it was still pretty fun. Spirit Tracks seems fun, mainly cause it's different. Riding around on a train to your next destination rather than horseback/Sailing. Huzzah!
Anyways, I'd love to offer you an art trade, Orielle, bust sadly I still have no scanner. So I'm backed up with a lot of art I owe from one of my previous threads that I cannot scan, sadly.
But maybe sometime before you get too busy we can arrange a trade if I ever get my damned scanner working again. : <
