Tails very eagerly nodded. "It's like...well, living mud that's hugging you," he answered. "And the last time we played in some mud it was comfortable just to lay in it, right?"

Tristen honestly couldn't say for sure. He was more intent on thinking how weird it was, let alone trying to prevent Tails from pulling his pants down at the time. "I guess." He said. He then looked to the Muk and stared in confusion. "You two never got out of here last night, did you?"

Tails shook his head. "I got too comfy and Muk just doesn't like moving much. So did you talk to Blizz yet?"

"Yea, I did. He wanted me to think more carefully before I ask him again. He wasn't mean about it or anything, but he was right. I kind of. Rushed into asking, because he brought up a lot of stuff I didn't think about before." He said. "Not to mention, he wasn't sure if he had a TM of Sunny Day."

"Oh. Well I guess that can be a problem," Tails agreed. He sat down on Muk again, but leaned forward, very much awake. "I could give you some hints if you want. I know a thing or two about the sun in battle."

"Really?" He asked. "Like what?" Anything to get him ahead, he thought, could do him well.

"Well if I were a grass type..." Tails said, and an energy ball popped from one of his tails. "Not this in particular, but you might have seen something do an attack called Solarbeam?"

He thought for a moment. Then he remembered. "Grass Pokemon like to use that attack." Tristen said.

A nod. "And since I'm a fire type, I'd directly benefit from more sun because that's more heat in the air. But there's another side to this. Think about Rain Dance. What happens in storms?"

"It rains, thunders...winds blow real hard...sometime there is lightning out." He mused.

Tails grinned. "And what's your type?"

Tails grinned. "And what's your type?"

"Electric." Tristen said. That much he did know of. Then two and two started to come together. "I could use Rain Dance?" he asked.

"Maybe, but that's not the point." Tails leaned back. "You can learn thunder and Castform can learn Rain Dance."

"Me? Learn Thunder?" That at the moment excited Tristen a bit. On the other hand, he knew he couldn't pull it off now. He's still trying to control Chi for one, to the point where he can go beyond Spark and Thunder Wave. But then another thing. "Rain Dance helps Thunder?" He asked. It was a legit question, if nothing else.

"A rain storm provides a conduit through which lightning can travel. This means any Pokemon that can call a bolt from a normal cloud can land a direct hit in a storm," Tails said. "It's like being able to blow fire, and being able to cause an explosion because you blew fire on a tank of gas."

He has, of course, tested this.
