Personality: He's very snarky and self-centered. Very spoiled, Kioo is used to getting exactly what he wants when he wants it. But since his curse, he's become bitter but eager to help and get rid of his curse.
History: Kioo was the heir to the throne but not son of the king. Rather, he was the king's nephew and born to a crazed father who was the one who gave Kioo his befitting name. But his mother and the king were very doting upon the sweet little boy until he was so spoiled that he got a bit reckless. But as it was, the Queen finally managed to birth a litter and a suitable heir among them. Kioo's title was renounced and he was demoted to prince. He threw a fit and became a loose canon upon which he was banished from the pride.
He continued to insist upon having his way and getting what he wanted from other animals and lions alike as he met them, fighting if they would not give him what he wanted willingly. And one day, he happened upon Laini'Ukunga whose teal coat - never mind that her markings were foreign - looked strikingly like the king's. So he set himself upon her, luring her into his trap and then having his way with her, fathering children he had not waited around to find out about.
Later on, he ran into Seitaru'kai, goddess of justice, where a curse was laid down upon him: every time he does a bad deed, his life will get shorter (shortening depending on the seriousness of the deed) and at 100 deeds it will be removed. Only another god can remove the curse but any one capable of that would be able to see into his heart and would not care to remove it. Since Kioo does not know the length of his life, he has been trying to get it removed.
