Not if you paid me.
Why would you want to see a band that sends out a mixed message like U2.
Bono swears that he is against violence and the production of guns, yet he was willing to make a song for Tomb Raider.

I know a couple of people who are going to U2. They are darnded foolz.
Big Day Out... Fsking awesome. Read my journal for details because I can't be bothered typing it all again.
Then The Mars Volta on Thursday night. ********. It was possibly the best thing I've ever seen/heard. Better than that giant squid at the aquarium even. My respect for them has just increased by about a million points. Who would have thought that was even possible? Two and a half hours straight they played for. They had 2 breaks, each which lasted for around one minute, and during each break, at least one band member was still making music in one way or another.
Ahhh. They're all so fantastic. I fell in love with percussion boy. Saxophone man was rad too... and black guy. He was awesome at the synth. The drummer... my lord he was fantastic. For two and a half hours he went. Two and a half hours of non stop drumming. The only mistake I picked up on was hilarious. He was drumming away and one of his sticks just flew backwards out of his hands. He didn't even notice for a few seconds, and kept making the drumming actions xd then he looked at his hand all confused like, then turned around, still drumming with his other hand and feet, picked up a new stick and got right back into it, without skipping a freaking beat. Now that's skill.
And Cedric and Omar... I have no words.
Except that Cedric really knows how to wail xd
OOooh and the bass was bloody awesome. It vibrated my nose as if it was made of jelly and made my throat feel like it was in convulsions. It was some damn fine bass.
Afterwards my right ear was completley broken for a couple of days.
It was very worth it.

True, but don't forget 3 things. 1) Lara only kills bad guys, ( You know, the kind responsible for third world debt etc) 2) Lara is a positive role model for girls ( so I am told) 3) Lara is hot. I think this excuses Bono's actions. Now, not going to see the show due to the outrageous cost of tix, that I understand.

Ooh I sure hope so. I doubt it would be in less than 2 years time though. They have to have a bloody break sometime! Plus this year they'll get money from their DVD... so they don't have to put out a new album to keep making money xp
Oh, and Percussion Boy is Omar's little brother. His name is Marcellus heart

Ah, The Animals rock. I wish I could have been around when they were at the height. It was also the same time as KISS, The Who, The Rolling Stones, The Beatle, The Troggs, The Turtles, etc, etc. It is amazing how one period of time can send out so many ******** great bands.

I just wish I knew where I left my copy of The Warrior Code. It has some really good songs on it, not that the one I have does not.

Ozumou EmWah Hoyeah. What's more amazing is that modern music has only evolved in the past 100 years or so. Crazy eh? Please explain Pfffff Well think about all the genres of music we have today. Rock, pop, hip-hop, electro, metal, etc, etc... Then think about what there was a hundred years ago... classical, folk? So what I'm saying is that the world of music has expanded and evolved very rapidly in a very short amount of time.

Although you have to remember that they would not have called them Classical or folk music though. I wonder what they would have called classical music when it was made.

Don;t forget, Country, Jazz, blues, Dixieland Celtic, song hall/vaudaville, Operette, Opera, And that is only in America. let alone "world music. " and a lot of those Genres you mentioned are quite closely related I don't think thier has been that great an expansion.
