(maybe, I wont... I have other plans... *Evil face scream twisted *)(TWO NEW CHARACTERS... One we've kinnda touched on.)

Meesha found herself drifting over the elfen city, the gaurd dragon flew close to her and escorted the queen to a landing space.
"My queen," a dark character came from the shadows of the landing area. His skin black and his hair black, scars on his hands and face. His eyes shined a bright glowing blue.
"Arkivar, what are you doing here? I banned you half a decade ago, you are nolonger of our race. Leave!" Mesha glared at the disgusting and not beautiful creature in front of her.
"Wait, Meesha, I know we've had our differences, but darling, I need you, and you need me." Arkivar walked slowly to Meesha, "Your brother is dead, you are the only heir, and your magic is depleting." Meesha looked away from him, "You noticed? we must travel to a spring that the elders, and your father, hid away a millenia ago. I must go there for my own purposes and I need you and your bloodline to get there, but you need me because you need your power and you need my extencive knowlage of the old texts."
Meesha bowed her head, she knew that it was a bad idea but what must be done, must be done.

Lamkit, had left Varian while he was not looking. he went out to seek a man who would change him in to what he once was before.
(okay so only one into but another will be comming...)

(It appears im the only one that has never had an epic post. This will be my attempt. I've been waiting for this too...)

Not even looking back, Regius turned away from Varian. "There is always a simpler solution Varian Trak." He said, almost sounding pleased. Drawing his sword, he started toying with, sharing quiet jokes with himself. "The thing is, You have been a thorn in all of our sides for too long Trak,"
Standing up, dagger in hand, Varian sneered. "How did you know?!" He yelled.
"Because how else did those men find us in the forest? How else did my sister know about the weak Elven Kingdom? You've been working for Ctulhu for the past months!" The warlord snarled as he turned and swung his blade and cut Varian in the chest. Warm blood splashed onto the undead's palid skin. "He knows we come now. And more so, the dragon knows. Once a traitor, always a traitor." He said solemnly. Taking a vial, he started collecting blood from the cut across Varians chest.
Coughing, the old ranger gasped for words. "You, h-have no idea..." he sputtered. Blood drained from his mouth as he spoke. "H-he told me that he cou-could help us... Ke'yechei told me, it was almost ti-time..."
Smiling, Regius capped the now full vial of blood. "Farewell, Varian," He said, laughing as he left. "And tell your real master that my test comes shortly!"
Unable to see anything anymore, Varian closed his eyes and lay there. The cottage floor was becoming more and more bloodied from Varian's cold lifleless carcass. All the better to let the Dark Priests' of Cthulhu take hsi body away.

Smiling from the killing of a traitor, Regius came upto Seth outside and grabbed teh young man's shoulder. "Once, my father battled Ke'yechei for power. Now, in this weakened state, i will claim this power and use it." He took his book and gave it to Seth. "You will know how to use it in short time. It will gift you its powers and secrets of the dead. I will control blood, the lost element, very shortly." He smiled as the old, hiding spark of evil returned to his eyes. "But for now, i must leave. For three nights i will be gone. On the day of the assault, a great explosion of blood will mark my arrival. Do not dissappoint me Seth..." He said as he mounted his dragon, and left into teh skies.
With his warlord on his back, Vainquisher felt something in him. "Speak old one. Tell me what is it i must do now that i will be free?" He asked.
"Lead the Armies," Regius stated bluntly. "Go to the infernal dragon queen, and lead teh Dragon Nation with her. Give her knowledge of ancients. Knowlegde not even known by her." He used his last remaining power of undeath to warp the bones of Vainquisher a new body. "You are now again, a white drake. Use this body well, King Icemaw."
Astounded with teh return of his body, Vainquisher didn't understand this new name though. "What is this King Icemaw idea?" But as soon as he asked teh question, he knew. "Pheonix will never accept me as Vainquisher. But as the wise and powerful King Icemaw, an alter ego i used many time, she will have to accept me." Nodding at his new identity, he kept flying in the way of Regius' last stop as an undead.

(( A post by me is long overdue. ))

Sortai nodded, grinning. "I'll try my best. I expect the same from you." He turned to Arcturus. The two of them climbed atop Idarkoth. The black dragon gave Teka a nod, then turned to the skies and was off, flying off towards the shore.

Ze'tes watched them for a bit, then turned to Teka. "Brace yourself." She said as she raised her hands.

Brigham approached Matthias' tent, holding the scroll. "Sir." he said with a salute. "A message from Cthulhu's war chief Zrodias."

K'eychei sat still as he felt the fading of lives, the exchange of power. He idly flicked a few ashes from his head. Trak was dead. Regius was attempting some sort of coup de grace. The dragon idly swirled a claw, summoning Varian to him. "Speak, servant." He said as Varian came forth.

Seth nodded as he took the book. "I trust you as you have I, Regius." He watched as the undead lord flew off, then turned to Skrem. "Interestin evening, eh?"
PostPosted: Tue Mar 30, 2010 6:48 am
Varian bowed his head to K'eychei. "Regius, the son of an ancient deamon, born as a mere mortal, wishes to become what his father was. Long ago, he said that this deamon controlled the lost element of blood, and rivalled you for power." He stopped and pointed to a cask at the far end of the chamber. "He wanted the Essence of Blood. But apparently he figured out he could use my blood, as it was identical to the Essence. He now has left somewhere. His whereabouts, are unknown to me master." He finished and bowed his head again. "Their attack however, will continue as Seth wishes his old lover alive again. Will tha be all Master?"

Skrem smirked. "Interesting wouldn't be the word. Wouldn't have guessed Varian would betray us all..."

Regius and King Icemaw landed somewhere in the Blood Wastes. A fitting name, as the sand was blood red, the trees weeped a red blood like substance. Dismounting, Regius smiled wickedly. "Three nights, and nothing will stop me." He smiled again as he took the small child out from ontop of Icemaw. Taking his blade and chanting a few ritualistic words, he killed the boy. As soon as he hit the ground, his body exploded. Making several blood deamons from it, he commanded them into a nearby cave. "Ruthless yes, Ancient One. But it is this protection that is needed. They strive on pain and blood. Fitting gaurds for an attack. Now go." He said as he entered the cave, and would remain there for three nights.
With understanding of his old master, Icemaw took to the skies and headed for the fragon Empire. Pheonix wouldn't survive long if she didn't have another there. "And so begins another epic tale of heroes. With that, more death to feed his power..." He said to himself.

The dragon seemed genuinely surprised. "They plan to come to my doorstep for such a thing?" He raised his head, a snarl of triumph appearing. "They will not succeed. Varian, if you wish, I will allow you to return in the form of a demonic dragon."

Varian smiled at his masters request. "This would be an honor, K'eychei." He said as he bowed once more.

"Why are you even helping me?" Meesha asked glumly looking over at the exiled man walking beside her.
"My queen, I help you because I need you to open the spring once again, and mabie if it's beautiful enough you might open it for good and make a pallace for you to live at forever leaving me to deal with every thing else." Akivir smiled and started up a hill with his black cape whiping wildly behind him and his staff, bent and misshapen leading his foot steps.
"No I won't, why do you even need to go there?" she asked glaring at him
"Because I need to, you need to know no more." he reached the peak of the hill and started walking down.
"Damn all these hidden agendas!" Meesha yelled out.
"for such a brave and wise Queen, you are such a fool."
"I take offence!"
Akivir ignored her and kept moving.

Lamkit found himself in a strange swamp where everything made noises, and there was an obvious magic about the place.

Teka nodded, not taking his eyes off of the quickly fading dot in the sky, "Yeah, go ahead."

Mathias put down a note he had been handed not too long ago, and rose from his cot. He frowned, sliding his hand down his face, "More bad news I'm guessing? Go on. Read it."

(Great. Yvansi is back. Vacation time is officially over.)

Lamkit marched through a small gathering of trees and suddenly a little glow came from the other side of the clearing.

“Who are you?!” it asked in a snobbish tone.

“Lamkit, a ferret as you can see.” Lamkit replied in a tired tone.

“You do not belong here. Leave!” the glowing speck said.

“I do belong here, my mother was a fairy. She was cursed to be a ferret and fell in love, had me, and died. She told me on her dyeing breaths that this would be a safe haven for me if I said who she was.” Lamkit explained.

“Okay, okay, so you know what we are and apparently you’re half fairy, but who was your mother?” the glowing speck grew into a humanoid figure with wings.

“Kilenrdal,” Lamkit lowered his green ferret head.

The fairy gasped and gestured Lamkit to follow him. “Sire! My King! Kilenrdal is dead, this is her son!”

A large glowing figure came from behind a tree. A crown on his head and a scepter in his hand, “Calm down, Hire. Is it true, what he says ferret?” Lamkit nodded, “so you are my daughter’s son?” Lamkit nodded again, “you do not like being a ferret young one?” Lamkit shook his head. “Let’s change that, for an heir to the fairy throne should not look like a ferret.” The king smiled and raised his scepter and hit Lamkit over the head with it, knocking him out cold.

Meesha followed Akivir like a puppy; he stopped in front of a cave. “I’m not going in there.”

“Oh shut up, it’s the only passage to the pilgrim’s way.” Akivir laughed, “Although people don’t use it anymore.”

“Why don’t they?” Meesha asked already knowing answer.

“They’ve all died, by the hand of an evil ruler.” Akivir said happily.

Meesha lifted the hood on her cloak and gripped her bow. “Well, let’s go.” Meesha followed Akivir into the cave. The moment she stepped in everything around her went black and she couldn’t cast a light spell. “Akivir, what is this?!”

“Here, grab my hand.” He said taking hold of her open hand. He looked at her with his luminescent eyes.

“Your eyes,” Meesha said and he just nodded. She stumbled through the dark, gripping Akivir’s hand. “How long is this tunnel?”

“Clam down close your eyes and don’t talk or we might never get out.” He snapped at her.

Finally after what felt like hours of walking Meesha felt a breeze on her face, and she could hear the patter of rain. After a few steps Meesha saw sunlight through her eyes. She opened them and looked at the rolling hills beyond. She looked over at Akivir he threw his hood over his face before she could make eye contact. Meesha followed him again, as he walked silently; barely a murmur came from his lips.
