Both owners have teepee and signature rights

Breeding Rights:
Blanket statement here that either owner can enter the pair in depending on who is able to. Both will have rights to enter her in any mixers or contests if either of the other desires. Each owner is guaranteed a basket from breedings ( one basket from a breeding which is not the same breeding as the other ya dig?). Discussions on who,when will be between the owners.

RP Rights:
Each owner has rights to Rp personality must be the same, any changes must be discussed between the owners.

Life Altering/Major Decisions:
Breedings Partners/Flings : Must be discussed between the owners

Breaking Ownership and Relinquishing Rights: Theidren can break the Agreement for any reason at any time (don't think I will need to <3) Both Owners also have the right to give up their half of the ownership giving the other owner full rights.

Both CheshireKttty & Theidren will receive full rights. This includes:

- Both owners have the right to enter Coique into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time)


Breeding
- Both owners get one "full control" breeding with Coique. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless he is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations.
- One breeding: will be worked out between Sabin and Kamiki at the time.
- However, each owner has the right to either "give up" or "share" their solo breeding to/with the co-owner.
- Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners.

-neither Kamiki nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of Coique to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner.

I, Theidren, agree to share ownership of Cheveyo with Yttra.

1. Theidren Keeps Cert rights for now.
2. Both owners have the right to display Cheveyo in their signatures, teepees, journals, etc.
3. Both owners have the right to roleplay Cheveyo, provided a reasonable effort is made to keep his personality consistent. Any major personality changes should be discussed between owners beforehand.
4. Breedings are to be discussed between the owners on a per case basis.
xxx4.a. Each owner is guaranteed one basket from Cheveyo over the course of his breedings.
xxx4.b. Yttra will receive the first basket of her choice from the first breeding.
xxx4.c Any other baskets will be discussed between all parties involved in the breeding.
xxx4.d Each owner may freely enter any breeding contests (as long as the mated pair has been discussed.)
5. Neither owner may give away their portion of ownership, they may only give their rights to each other.

I am dissolving this co-ownership while Yttra love is AFK with RL things and because I am working on plots and things.
