I had my last chorus concert today and it was happy and sad.
The concert went great but then the last song happened:
It's called blessing and it's an Irish blessing about how you're leaving and my life be good too you since you're no longer here. Needless to say I started crying during it.
Then I find my good friend who's a freshman and we start hugging goodbye. She starts crying and I start crying even though there's another week of school for me and we have one final band concert together.
It was bittersweet but it made my day to have friends who care!
