"I'm about as ready as I'm gonna be. I just hope it won't be as rough as it was with Whitney." "Um...Aden? Think about that for a second. Whitney is the third gym leader. Morty is the one next. Its a constant uphill battle for you. Not trying to deter you or anything mind." I said. "Still, remember that in this one you will have the apprentice to go through; and considering what she pulled in your exhibition fights, I pretty much have no doubts its going to be different with her again." I said.

Ryan slowly makes his way around town before ending up at the Gym. He would wait outside for both Blizz and Aden.

"Yeah, I know. But I don't think there's a lot that can top a certain Miltank, even if it's all uphill." To Aden, uphill was an understatement. He had practically been climbing a rock face from the word "go".

How about go say 'Hi' to Doc to get your Pokemon checked out." I said to him.

"Yeah, already on that." Aden was quick to head on elsewhere, to do just that. In the process, Ceramew was left behind.
"Well, he apparently still has a way of saying words that invite some of those weird things happening, doesn't he?" She asked.

Darksol88 "Yeah, already on that." Aden was quick to head on elsewhere, to do just that. In the process, Ceramew was left behind. "Well, he apparently still has a way of saying words that invite some of those weird things happening, doesn't he?" She asked. "Oh yea." I said. "Its been interesting hanging around with him, to say the least." In the medlab, the Doc was about ready to call it a day...or...night, or whatever one may want to call it. He was finishing up the last of his notes; trying to tie up some loose ends before the trip to the Hyda region.

I said to Ceramew as I continued to fix up breakfast. "So, I take it you have gotten over that whole bit yesterday?" "Ah, Aden. I was waiting on you. Blizzard was telling me that he would get you to come in here before the two of you left out to go see Morty at the Ecruteak gym. Though, don't expect me to be up when you get back from your gym raid. Even I have to sleep sometime. Orderly may be able to assist you later though." he said, getting up from his chair. "I see you are doing well."

Still can't say I'm crazy with what's gone on, though... and I still can't figure out why he keeps running into Suicune like it's a morning ritual." There was some musing as she tried to wrap her head around it, but this was beyond what knowledge she had.
"Yeah, we figured it'd be easier to get them checked out here instead of running out to the Pokemon Center. Should be able to go there after the gym, though." Aden spoke up, before starting to get each of his Pokeballs out. "You look like you're alright too."

He made his way over towards Aden, cleaning his glasses on his shirt-tail before putting them back on. "I haven't figured that out yet, either." I said to him. "It must be something though, otherwise I would imagine Suicune wouldn't be wasting his time."

"Yeah... but what for? It's not like things have been all that bad around here for someone to be looked for like that. Unless Suicune's doing it as some kind of prank to tick someone else off." Ceramew said, but at this point, conjecture was the most she could make on the subject.

Hell, it was said the last time Suicune started prancing about, it was for another kid and he ended up shutting down what remained of a criminal organization." I said. "Well well, I see you have gotten a couple of new friends, and...huh...this was Nidoran?" he said. "Mmm, my, you have done yourself justice, Aden."

"(No, I'm the tooth fairy.)" Nidorino replied, his sarcastic tone more than enough to get Flaaffy to do something a little out of character. She gave him a jolt. "(Hey!)"
"I think I remember mentions of that back in Orre... at least about the kid, though. They never said anything about anything else being around at the time." Ceramew replied.

"Certainly, if anything, his attitude hasn't changed." he said, pushing up his glasses. He then make his way down, looking at one of his bigger members of his team, a Scyther. "Oh dear, where did you find this one? The park near Goldenrod I'd imagine." he then noticed something about Scyther's scythes. "Either you keep your scythes real sharp, or you're not much of a fighter..." Keen eye observation for one. Yes, he dared to say that to a scyther. "Consider where you got your information from, Ceramew." I said to her, staring at her as if she should have known.

Scyther wanted to say something, but Aden was quick to speak up. "I caught him a little after getting into Goldenrod, at the National Park. He was kinda more bark than bite."
Naturally, this didn't bode well with Scyther, but he wasn't going to start a fight here. So he kept quiet.
"I know, I know, they didn't say much past that unless you were in the top brass." Ceramew said. "Same for anything else."
