"Just be careful, Aden. Not having a fairly evened out party will make things rather difficult in the long run."

At least I can fix that now, though." He replied. "Probably will be even harder once I'm past the six..."

At least I can fix that now, though." He replied. "Probably will be even harder once I'm past the six..." "And worse still, it could happen at any time, for any reason." I said to him. Then something just hit me. He intends on taking Geodude in this gym? He could have gotten away with it maybe at Bugsy's place or POSSIBLY Whitney's...but now he's this far into the game and little battling experience is behind that sentient rock; it leaves me to wonder if Aden is going to put Geodude in over its head. Espeically with Kristy, since I know it will start off with her, right off the bat. And that's also providing she intends on using the two that she had the exhibition bouts with; which was more than likely to happen as well. Well, it is his gym tour, I can only give guidance so much. If it turns out to be a mistake, it's his to make. "If ever a time comes, though, you got the spare Pokeballs on you? Just out of curiosity." I said.

"I don't exactly intend on it." Aden said. "Though I have heard of some who'll let their Pokemon out for a bit, then keep them on the sidelines to watch as a stronger one takes up the slack. Somehow, they manage to still get more experienced."

From getting up to the table, to clearing it for later, I then made my way out for the Ecruteak City gym. This was going to be the point in where Aden is going to have to show how much he learned over this time. The first encounter here was understandable; it was a mere exhibition match with Kristy with...well...sub-par results each time. This time, Aden has to put it to her as well as Morty afterwards. I could only hope that Aden pulls through.

It wouldn't be long until we found our way into the gym and I left the door open for him to make his way inside. "Let's go Aden. Let's not keep anyone waiting." I said.

Ryan was already inside, waiting in the spectator's box. Ruth was still tucked inside his jacket. It was the warmest place for him at the moment. As such all anyone would see was the head of the Dwarf Dragonite. And since he was warm, Ruth was asleep at current. When he finally heard the door open, he sighed in relief. It was about bloody time they got here!
