Right now, though, I'm tempted to reset the rules so only Mods may have characters based upon themselves.
Members can only submit their guild RP Characters.

I was thinking that too.
Like, Cale gets the +1.
Nelo gets a once-every-3-turns even/odd chance. If the opponent attacks and it's odd, they hit, even, they miss.
DA Chaos Machine gets a random buff switch. 2 D20s are rolled instead of one, the 2nd one determines the buff that combat turn. Like, 1 means Cale's +1, 2 means Nelo's, etc.
I could come up with some of those too, but it'd be harder.

Nelowulf Crix. Weak attack: None. Balanced attack: None. Strong attack: None. Fatality: Instant KO if roll 1 or higher. Crix is a boss. He'll be included later if all goes well and will probably get 10 extra hp because he's a boss. He would be, however, restricted to Mod only.

Being the only founder remaining, Nelo's HP is doubled.

I'm not a big fan of the size of it, so much. Plus, what happens when you have multiple players online at one time?
I see a lot of problem in cohesiveness.

So you're saying have a limited Fighter pool, right? If two people have a match, then only two people can fight at that time.
