She put in Aden's number in her PokeGear and then gave a sigh. She felt a little better now. Perhaps having at least one more set of eyes to keep a look out will make a difference. It was a fool's hope, but it will do for now. "Thanks." she said.

"Yeah, no problem..." Aden said, nodding. In the back of his mind he wondered how much of a chance he really had. But then, he did have a thing for running into some really unusual circumstances... including this.

Darksol88 "Yeah, no problem..." Aden said, nodding. In the back of his mind he wondered how much of a chance he really had. But then, he did have a thing for running into some really unusual circumstances... including this. As she stashed her Pokegear, the Eevee flung itself down the stairs and right into Aden's face...again. "VUIIII!" I made my way down the stairs soon afterwards, rubbing my eyes in frustration. "I swear to God...I wonder about that guy some times." "Should I leave?" Kris asked. A realization then occurred to her. "Wait...that's the...Mahogany Gym apprentice, isn't he?" She was a bit stunned coming to that revelation. "Uh...did I miss something?" I asked, hearing the question.

"Ack!" And Aden found himself subject to a facehug again, barely able to remove the Eevee and keep it in his hands for the moment. He figured it was better to not ask about Bill, so he went ahead to the other topic that came up. "Yeah, kinda a long story about why he's here. Anyway, Blizz, remember how I mentioned some really weird stuff happening in Ilex Forest? She's one of the ones I helped out."

This was one of the people he met in the past when Celebi took him on that wild trip? No...way. "Huh...well...that happened." I said, rubbing the back of my head. Kris was staring at me, nearly dumbfounded, almost fearful for that matter. "Problem?" I asked. "Oh no...I just didn't expect the Mahogany Gym apprentice to be here, let alone be traveling with someone doing their gym tour, is all." she said. "Things happen." I said to her, crossing my arms. "Tell me about it." she then said. "Anyways, speaking of, looks like that Eevee is staying with us after all." I told Aden. "There's no telling when Bill can trace where the phantom trade came from whenever he gets the system back up and apparently the Eevee apparently got his attention on you in spades." "Oh, no...Bill had another trading accident?" Kris said, rather unamused. "He had one with you around?" "And with another Eevee, coincidentally enough" she said. "Gold has that Eevee, though." "My God, you would think-uggggh." I started to rub my eyes.

Aden nearly lost his balance on that one, and not because of being told the Eevee was ultimately coming along. "Wait, this isn't the first time this happened!?" He asked after he managed to avoid faceplanting. "Tell me this is only the second time..."
Suddenly, he feared that this wasn't unheard of by any means, and maybe in other regions to boot.

Ryan was just standing there. He felt severely out of place considering the recent events. Ryan sighs. So now Aden had an Eevee? this just kept getting better. "You are going to complete the Jhoto Pokedex if you keep acquiring pokemon at this pace." Ryan comments.

RCCaughtem Ryan was just standing there. He felt severely out of place considering the recent events. Ryan sighs. So now Aden had an Eevee? this just kept getting better. "You are going to complete the Jhoto Pokedex if you keep acquiring pokemon at this pace." Ryan comments. "I'd really rather not..." Aden gulped at that idea. He felt he'd have a hard enough time with seven, let alone hundreds.

Already, Aden had taken to looking into his SNAG, or rather, the Pokedex. While he wasn't sure of how experienced this Eevee was, he did notice something that he felt would give him an edge if he at least got Eevee acquainted with him more.
Well, more than the thing trying to cling to his face again, at any rate.
"For once, I think we were on the same mindset. I'm just gonna stay out of your mind, though. It's colder than it was around Snowpoint."

Ryan failed to get the reference. Snowpoint? had to be a city in a different region. "Well, unless you need me in all of this, I think I am going to do some studying." the trainer says, Ruth still fast asleep in his arms.

"Excuse me. Aden?" The nurse spoke from the counter. "Your Pokemon's check up is done."
"Huh?" I checked my watch. "Seriously? My God, Time flies."
Kris immediately checked her Pokegear. "Wow, time does fly...well, um. I think I best be going then. Thanks for helping me out, Aden. Maybe we'll see each other again sometime? Maybe though in a shorter time span." she gave a bit of a laugh and started to walk off.
As both Ryan and Kris walked off, I couldn't help but to break out one question. "Ok, Aden...seriously...what the hell got you involved with...well...her." I said. Jesus christ, and here I gave Aden credit for not knowing how to work like that.
