"The idea of going to Paris with Samuel was tempting, but knew that if he went nothing would get done. Micha didn’t want to be a distraction for Samuel. He also knew they needed some space. Being with Samuel for the last few weeks had been great, but he needed to get back to work. Laughing softly as Samuel continued to pout. He slipped his hand out, taking Samuel’s own. Micha laced their fingers together. He listened as Samuel spoke. MIcha smiled at Samuel was he questioned him. ”Of course I’ll miss you.” He spoke knowing that Samuel was rather clingy when he wanted to be. Micha never minded, after all he had been warned. He had gotten used to it, after all he could be clingy himself. Micha nodded as Samuel spoke about late nights. He smirked at the idea, ”I’ll buy you a body pillow to cuddle with.” Micha spoke teasing Samuel. He knew it wasn’t good enough however. Micha had gotten used to Samuel sleeping by him at night as well.

After downing his bottle of water, he glanced to see Alaine standing beside him suddenly. He smiled at him, seeing he was well rested. Liam knew it had been best to leave the male alone earlier. He didn’t want to upset by annoying him more. Liam nodded as Alaine questioned him, ”Yes. I’d forgotten how fun it was in the last month.” He spoke grinning at Alaine. Liam watched as Alaine ordered himself a drink. He smiled a little, ”It would appear so.” Liam spoke smiling at Alaine. ”What do I get?” He spoke grabbing Alaine drink taking a sip from it. Liam stepped away from Alaine heading back through the crowd to get back on his stage.

Alaine hadn't meant to be rude earlier. He just didn't know how to talk with him. After all it had been so long. He smirked when the male spoke but said nothing in return. Instead he ordered a drink and lifted the glass to take a sip. He thought for a moment when he was asked for a reward. Something like a kiss felt most appropriate but not here. Not in front of this huge crowd and not while the nosy employees were eavesdropping. "Why don't you tell me when your shift ends." he teased. Alaine said nothing as the male plucked the glass from his hand and took a sip for himself. He simply took the glass back from him and set it down on the counter, leaning back and watching him return to the stage. Alaine decided to stick around for a few more songs. He chatted with the employees to listen to their complaints and mingled with a few customers. Out of the corner of his eye he would steal glances towards the male but never gawked as much as he used to. After two more glasses of vodka and being hit on by three different women and one man he was ready to escape back in to his office. He finished his drink and slipped through the crowd towards the door marked employee's only

Before making his escape though, Alaine pulled out his phone and sent the male a quick text reading, "I'll be in the office if you need me.". He was sure that Liam didn't have his phone on him, but eventually he would have to go check it. Stuffing his phone back in to his pocket he headed back down the hall and in to his office. This time, he walked over his desk, sat down behind it, and decided to get to work. Just two more hours before the club closed. Perhaps then he could have more time with the male.

Liam knew Alaine wasn't trying to be mean. It merely wasn't his nature. He understood his annoyance after all he had been rude himself. Leaving without a word and still no word really. Liam was working till almost closing. He wasn't working late until morning like he would. Liam needed time to get back into routine. Leaving Alaine alone he returned to his stage. While dancing he had kept his eyes on Alaine out of habit. Not at all surprised to see people hitting on him.

An hour before closing Liam took his leave. He returned to the break room to get dressed. Opening up his locker he checked his phone, seeing a text from Alaine and a call from his mother. Liam would call her later but he opened the text from Alaine laughing softly. He wasn't surprised to see her went back to his office.

Getting dressed, Liam left the break room fully clothed. He walked down the hallway to the office. Glancing into the office he saw Alaine behind his desk. He smiled lightly as he walked toward his desk. Liam slipped behind it as he took a seat on the desk beside Alaine. ”So breakfast?” He asked curiously as he was hungry himself.

For the next hour, Alaine focused on his work. He answered e-mails, paid bills, made notes, and even updated Samuel on tonight's events. From his office the noise of the club was slowly dying down. Glancing at the clock, the club would be closing in less than an hour. He was finished with his work and playing on his phone when door to his office soon opened. A quick glance told him it was just who he was waiting for. Setting his phone aside, he leaned back in his chair as the male sat on his desk. "If that's what you want. Sure. Do you know any places that are open this late?" he replied. Alaine could certainly eat. He'd been slipping on his meals here lately and couldn't remember if he even ate before coming to work. Reaching forward, Alaine shut down the computer. He then turned in his chair, towards the male. "So how was your first night back?" he asked curiously.

Sitting beside Alaine, he looked him over. He watched as Alaine sat back in his chair. Liam settled his hands behind him as he leaned on the desk. He nodded slightly as Alaine spoke. ”I can think of a few.” Liam spoke smiling at Alaine. There were a few diners nearby that were still open this late, half of them being twenty-four hours. He watched as Alaine moved to turn the computer off before turning back toward him. Liam shrugged lightly, ”Can’t complain, crowd was great but there was still something missing.” He spoke softly looking Alaine over. Liam relaxed as he sat there.

With a set up like this, there was no ignoring the man. He could feel his piercing eyes upon him as he went about his last minute business before meeting his gaze. Alaine sat calmly and watched him nod in answer to his question. He had an idea of where Liam may be thinking they could go. Most places were closed this time of night. Save for a couple of diners and a handful of fast food places. "Alright. Guess I'll follow you then." he replied, smiling back at the male. He soon finished with his work and sat back, giving the male all of his attention. He listened as he described his night. "Something missing?" he asked. "What's that?" He did his best to play dumb but he knew exactly what he was talking about. In the past Alaine was known to tend the bar, serve tables, and entertain a few guests of his own. But not tonight. Instead he holed himself up in the office and hid like a frightened child. Even in the privacy of the office he couldn't seem to express how much he missed him. And that he yearned for more than just some peck of a kiss. It was all he could to keep from reaching out and taking his hand in to his own.

Hiding was never Alaine strong suit. It always meant something was wrong. Liam had missed it however, that something was wrong. He hated when Alaine hid from him. Liam knew he had hurt Alaine, but didn’t know how to fix it. He could apologize a thousand times and knew it would never mean anything. Liam had to take things slow and not push Alaine. Nodding as Alaine spoke of following him to the place of his choice. He watched as Alaine gave him attention but it wasn’t enough. Liam had to say he was rather selfish at times. Needing what he wanted, but not willing to take it. He smiled as Alaine tried to play dumb with him, but it didn’t work. They both knew what he meant. Liam shifted coming closer toward Alaine. He reached a hand out, slipping it over Alaine cheek, ”You..You were missing tonight.” Liam spoke softly as he leaned forward kissing Alaine against the lips. He had gotten a small peck earlier but nothing amounted to what he truly wanted. Liam just wanted to kiss Alaine and hold him close.

No doubt that bringing Micha along would only be a distraction. In another life and another time, he had tried bringing a lover along on one of his work filled trips. When they weren't ******** their brains out, the man would complain how Samuel never made time for him. It was unfair to compare the two. He knew Micha to be nothing like that ex-lover. Yet still, he wondered what Micha could even do if he did go. His leg was still broken and his ribs were healing, making any sort of mobility he had a chore. And Samuel couldn't say for certain how much of his time he could give to the male. If he had it his way, the work would do itself while they explored the city, visited the sites, and slowly became a stereotypical cheesy, tourist couple. Samuel ignored the male as he again laughed at him but allowed him to take his hand. He watched him thread their fingers together and softened as he smiled at him. Samuel was well aware of how clingy he was being. But he couldn't help it. It was in his nature to be so clingy. As their conversation shifted towards the lonesome nights, he groaned at the males teasing. "You're evil, y'know that!" he mumbled in to the table. Laughing at his own despair, Samuel peaked back up at the male. With no one watching he leaned across the table and pressed a quick kiss to the males lips.

It was true, hiding wasn't for him. But what could he do in this kind of situation? He needed to appear strong for the club and his employees. Not hiding away in his office from a silly old flame. He can't even say that Samuel didn't try to warn him about dating someone who worked for them. At least if it had been a customer, he could have very easily forgotten about them; their name, face, everything if he chose. But with Liam it was different. He saw the male almost every night and had allowed him to see the parts of him that few others had. He understood that Liam didn't leave him intentionally. But it certainly felt like it. One little call or text and that would have been plenty in knowing that he was safe.

Alaine smiled back at the male as he nodded. He didn't try to hide nor look away from his watchful gaze. Though it did feel like he was holding back a bit. Alaine wanted to ask but found no need for it. He sat very still as the male shifted closer to him, placing his warm hand upon cheek. His cheeks flushed bright pink when the male spoke. His voice was soft, almost at a whisper. And before he could say anything else, the male ducked down to kiss him. Alaine was frozen for a moment, shoving all demonizing thoughts aside. This was exactly what he wanted and he'd be damned if he let it slip away. Alaine kissed the male back, his hand reaching out timidly to pull at the hem of his shirt. He didn't want just another small peck or quick meaningless kiss. He wanted passion and to feel like Liam had missed him just as much.

As he kissed Alaine, he didn’t feel him kiss back at first. Liam wasn’t sure if he had done something wrong, until he felt Alaine reach out. He felt a hand at his shirt toying with the hem. Liam shifted moving closer as he pushed Alaine back into his chair. He continued to kiss Alaine, tasting him and drinking him in. Liam moved to slide into Alaine’s lap. He didn’t know if he was pushing his limit but Alaine would let him know. Liam let his hand slip around Alaine’s neck as he kissed him. One of his hands slipped into Alaine’s hair as he kissed him deeper as he sat there.

"True he wasn’t like any lover Samuel had ever had. The idea of going to Paris was a treat. He had been there before but a boy. Micha would explore the city for all its splendid wonders, and who’s to say he would want to leave? Going to Paris was not in his best interest if Samuel intended him to return. Micha was better left here to recover as he could. He didn’t also need to have Samuel worry about him while on his trip. Micha knew if he went along as well, Samuel would only worry about his comfort. He teased Samuel as he held onto his hand. Laughing softly as Samuel spoke. Micha knew how evil he was but he was being honest. ”Yes, but you know you love me.” He spoke teasing Samuel. As he laughed, he soon watched as Samuel came near. Micha returned the kiss before Samuel pulled away, causing him to smile. He knew nights would be lonley as well as he was used to a warm body next to him while he slept.

It didn't take much for for him to get over his initial hesitation. His fingers gently grasped the hem of his shirt as he kissed him back. He felt the male edge closer towards him, all the while kissing him again. Alaine leaned back in his chair. While it was true that Liam was moving a bit fast, right now he wasn't in the mood to care. He needed this. Wanted it. He missed Liam. Missed his touch, missed his kiss, even his smell. He knew they had never been in any form official, but he still cared. His hand moved up to the males waist, welcoming him as he sat down in his lap. Alaine kissed him over and over to his hearts' content. He felt the males hand slip behind his neck and soon in his hair. Alaine moaned involuntarily but made no moves to back away just yet. He kissed him again with renewed vigor. After a couple of more minutes, he pulled away gently. A shy smile played across his lips as his eyes opened slowly. "I didn't realize you liked me watching you so much." he teased.

In fact Liam was an attention whore sometimes. He enjoyed being watched as he danced on the stage. Liam would even show off sometimes, but he didn’t mean for the crowd. He liked having Alaine watching him knowing that he was behind the bar. Liam liked the idea too of stealing glances as Alaine worked. He hadn’t realized he missed it until he got on the stage tonight only to have the eyes of the club patrons on him, but the man he wanted to watch him. Liam kissed Alaine feeling his hands slip over his waist as he sat in his lap. He felt Alaine return his kiss with equal passion. Liam let his hands explore as he pleased as it didn’t seem Alaine wanted him to move. He heard Alaine moan as his fingers slipped into his hair. Liam was interested by the sound, wanting to seek out more noises from Alaine. He felt Alaine kiss him with more force and want. Liam returned the new curiosity of it all. He soon felt Alaine pull away from his lips. His hands looped down around Alaine’s neck. Liam laughed softly as Alaine spoke. He sighed softly, ”Kind of hard not to when you usually can’t take your eyes off of me.” Liam spoke teasing Alaine in return. He knew Alaine was hiding from him, only because he didn’t want to admit his true feelings for him.

In all honesty he knew. He knew that Liam begged for his attention just as much as he wanted his. It was no secret really. They both stared too much not for anyone to notice. The only difference was that Alaine knew how to keep his distance. Looking was one thing, but touching......kissing, those he meant to stay limited since their relationship was still so complicated. Lovers one night, then friends the next. Tonight they were like a couple of kids reconciling after an abrupt break-up. It had been a struggle to not stay and watch him longer. But the crowd was far more irritating than his nerves could handle. Not only that he felt like he needed his alone time to mentally prepare for whatever this was that they were doing. Alaine was all hands as he clung to the male. He didn't even mind as he felt Liam explore his body too. Their kisses grew ever more feverish, until Alaine pulled away. He smirked as the male laughed when he teased him. "Maybe if you weren't such a showoff I wouldn't stare so much." he teased again. Turning his head a bit, Alaine pressed small, gentle kisses to the males' neck. He didn't care that Liam knew his true feelings. Because at this moment, he would much rather sit back and enjoy being with the male, than worry about those unnecessary feelings. Feelings ruined things, and he wasn't quite ready to give up what they had.
