One small kiss and it was hard to resist doing it again. Touching Alaine he wanted to do more, but in the diner, it was hard to do. Liam also wouldn’t subject Alaine to it. He kept his hands at least to himself as much as he could. Liam kissed Alaine but only as much as he would allow. He laughed softly as he pulled back hearing Alaine speak. Liam felt his hands slip down around his neck. He knew he had a lot to make up for. Liam kissed Alaine letting the kisses slip from one into another. He was being greedy with what he was given but he let Alaine pull away. His hands slipping back down toward Alaine’s waist. He smiled at Alaine, ”Hm, well I will have to think about it.” Liam spoke already coming up with a few ideas but he wasn't going to let it slip to Alaine.

He could understand the need to want more. But not here. He didn't care that the employees were half-asleep and the patrons could care less. Public Displays were never one of his kinks. Lucky for Liam, he really did want this. A kiss or two was nothing. Let someone stare, hope they enjoyed the show. When he pulled away, he was feeling a tad better. But he wasn't off the hook just yet. Alaine made himself comfortable as Liam moved his hands down to his waist. He felt a fresh blush spreading across his cheeks as the male spoke. He hadn't even asked and he was already wondering what sort of ideas might be floating around that pretty blond head of his. "So does this mean you're staying over?" he asked curiously.

They had all the time in the world after they left the diner. For now he was content with simple touches. He let his arm drop back to Alaine’s hand taking it once again. Liam laced their fingers together as he sat there. He watched as Alaine blushed at his words. Liam smiled at the image, he had missed such things. He did not want to dwell on the past month however, and how he had hurt Alaine. Liam wanted to move forward and make up for lost time. ”Hmm, of course.” He spoke knowing he wasn’t in the mood to drive home anyways. Plus he still wanted to spend more time with Alaine. As they sat there, it wasn’t long before their waitress arrived with their meals. He thanked her though she still seemed to ignore him. Liam didn’t mind after he too found it hard to take his eyes off of Alaine at times.

For the moment, Alaine was willing to put personal feelings aside. And forget about being mad. Not to mention, the male was making it rather hard to stay mad at him with his gentle manner. He turned to sit straight in the booth, but still remained close to the male. He allowed Liam to resume holding his hand and the two fell in to momentary bless. Alaine smiled at the males response. It wasn't often they stayed over at one another's homes, but this was one sleepover he was looking forward to. As he cuddled up to the male in the booth it wasn't long before their waitress came over with a tray in hand. Just as before, she seemed to eye him weirdly as she set their plates down before them. It was a bit unnerving. What there something on his face? His teeth? He soon let it go as she was quick to leave them alone. Out of the corner of his eye, he caught Liam staring at him as well. "You know I'm gonna start charging for every minute you stare." he teased. Releasing the males hand, he pulled his plate closer and began eating his food.

Liam knew it wasn’t often that he was invited over to Alaine’s. It seemed like a rare opportunity at times, which he never took for granted. He didn’t mind the idea, after all it wasn’t as if he was expecting it. Liam could easily drop Alaine off then hail a cab back to the club to get his own car. He remained relaxed beside Alaine but that was soon disturbed. His stomach growled at the smell of food. Liam was thankful for the interruption as his stomach was getting the better of him. He watched as the waitress seemed to focus on Alaine. Liam had gotten over it, after all he wasn’t jealous just curious. He thanked the waitress as she left. Liam glanced toward Alaine as he seemed to be staring. He hadn’t realized until Alaine spoke. Liam laughed softly, as Alaine released his hand. ”Sorry can’t resist.” He spoke teasing Alaine in return. Liam grabbed his own plate pulling it closer along with the bottle of ketchup. He shook it a little before opening it and pouring some onto his plate next to his fries. Liam closed it setting it aside as he grabbed his milk shake taking a sip. He enjoyed the taste of chocolate creamy ice cream. Liam went about munching on his fries then dug into his burger.

There was a simple reason for why Alaine didn't invite Liam over that often. And that reason was because he almost never invited anyone back to his home. His home was a sanctuary. A place to leave the crowds, Samuel's nagging, and the rest of the world behind. He liked his privacy. Inviting someone in, often times disrupted that privacy and safe haven he'd made for himself. Liam was a bit of an exception compared to others. In the fact that he had probably been to his home the most out of everyone he'd ever invited. He liked to tell himself it was because the male knew how to clean up after himself and could cook a decent breakfast. But the truth was, he really enjoyed his company. Even if it was only for a couple of hours, it was enough.

Alaine smirked and rolled his eyes as the male teased him. "Yeah right." he said and leaving it at that. Picking up one half of his sandwich, Alaine began to eat his food. He was so focused on filling his gut that he didn't have much attention to Liam.

Being private was not something that bothered Liam. He had gotten used to it. LIam didn’t push him not expect more of him. He couldn’t blame him. Liam knew Alaine preferred his privacy after all the home was the safest place at times. He didn’t mind however if Alaine came over to his own apartment. Liam was a rather open person at times. His apartment was merely a place to lay his head. Sitting there he started on his burger also taking a sip from his milkshake. He glanced toward Alaine who started digging in. Liam found it amusing, it was an odd habit, but he enjoyed watching Alaine eat. It seemed odd, but Alaine didn’t seem like the type to eat neatly. He continued eating putting more focus on his food than Alaine as he was starving.

Alaine couldn't help being private. He'd been this way for as long as he could remember. Even so, he didn't mind inviting Liam over every now and now. He trusted him enough to not worry about his privacy being constantly bombarded. And he also knew that if he felt uncomfortable, Liam might be willing to allow him over to his own apartment. But tonight wasn't the case. He just wanted to spend more time with him for just a bit longer.

Alaine focused on his food, practically forcing himself to actually chew and not just devour it all in one bite. It was hard because he was so hungry. But his body thanked him for it with every bite. He continued eating half of his sandwich until there was nothing left. Pulling his cup closer, he then took a few sips and glanced up towards Liam. Unsurprising to him, Liam was just as immersed in his meal as he was. He soon went back to his own meal, and continue to eat until there was nothing left.

As he sat there eating, he took note of Alaine’s eyes on him but not for long. He enjoyed his meal, munching on his burger and fries. LIam took a few sips from his milkshake as he sat there. It wasn’t long before he had finished his meal and was merely now just taking small sips of his milkshake. He relaxed as he pushed his empty plate aside. Liam glanced toward Alaine, seeing he was still eating his own meal. He wasn’t in a rush, he was merely relaxing now. Liam glanced around the diner as it started to pick up a little, mostly with construction workers and cops, catching an early morning breakfast.

Alaine couldn't help stealing glances at the male. He'd always had a bit of a habit watching others. But he wasn't overly observant. Just enough to pass the time. He didn't really care too much about the tired staff and the overworked cops. He simply ate his food until there was no more. When he finished, he noticed that Liam was done as well. He pushed it away and went back to leaning against the male. With his belly full, he was feeling quite content. "How was your food?" he asked, speaking up at long last.

Finishing up his meal. It wasn’t long before Alaine finished as well. Liam was content as he was full. He knew if he had to take another bite of food it would only be too much. Liam set his empty milkshake container aside. He glanced toward Alaine who leaned against him. Liam smiled at Alaine as he spoke. ”It was good...How was yours?” He asked curiously. Just the time they finished, the waitress came over and offered dessert. Liam shook his head at the idea but asked for the check. He fished out his wallet, not sure however if Alaine wanted dessert. Liam didn’t mind if he did was he would be paying for their breakfast.

Alaine relaxed beside the male now he had finished eating. With his stomach full, he knew it wouldn't be long before his body demanded more rest after the nights long work. Alaine leaned against the male, finding him to be quite comfortable. He watched as the male smile down at him before responding to his question. When asked the same question, he nodded quietly. "Very good." came his only reply. Just as he spoke, their waitress came up to the table and collected their dishes. Alaine politely declined. Anymore food would make him uncomfortably full. And he did not want that. He just wanted to go home, make-out a little with Liam, and go to sleep. He sat up as Liam shifted for his wallet. He didn't mind paying for his own food, it was only fair. So he shifted a bit and got his own. He pulled out a few bills, enough cover his half plus tip and handed them to Liam. He then replaced his wallet in to his pocket. Well, shall we?" he asked, ready to get out of here.

The idea of sleep was starting to sound really good to him as well. He hadn’t realized how tired he was till he started to relax as he sat there. Glancing toward Alaine he took note of how tired he was looking as well. He knew it would do him no good if he stayed longer if he planned on taking Alaine home. Liam thanked the waitress as she removed the plates and setting down the check. He glanced toward Alaine seeing he was taking his wallet out as well. Liam sighed a little internally knowing Alaine hated when others paid for him. He couldn’t help but wish he didn’t. Liam didn’t speak up however as he fished out money for his own meal and a little bit more for a tip as well. He took the money from Alaine as it was handed over. Liam set both amounts of money on top of the check. He nodded hearing Alaine speak as he replaced his wallet in his pocket. ”Yeah, let’s go.” Liam spoke smiling at Alaine. He waited for him to stand up before following after him. Liam still had Alaine’s keys in his pocket, so he simply assumed he was driving, not that he minded. He walked with Alaine back outside to his car and went to the drivers side. Liam unlocked the car as opened the door, slipping inside, then turned the car on as he waited for Alaine to get in.

Handing over the money for his half of the bill, he thought nothing of it. It was such an old habit to pay for himself, that he wondered if he should have allowed Liam to pay instead. Going dutch had never been an issue in the past. So thinking it might be one now never crossed his mind. With the check soon paid, Alaine, nodded in response to the male and sluggishly got out of the booth. After stretching his tired limbs, he headed for the exit and out to the car. Alaine didn't care if Liam drove. It was probably for the best if truth be told. He walked around to the passenger side as Liam slipped behind the wheel. Sliding in to the passenger side, he buckled up while the male started the car. "Do you still remember how to get to my place?" he asked curiously. It was a legitimate question. It had been at least two and a half months since the male last came over. Having to give him directions would be a good excuse to stay awake long enough to get them safely home.

Liam didn’t mind Alaine paying after all he had done it before. He knew Alaine didn’t like to have him pay all the way. Liam didn’t argue about it after all it would do him no good. As he sat behind the wheel and ready to pull out of the parking spot. He heard Alaine speak toward him. Liam glanced at him as he thought about the question and his answer. True it had been already three months since he last drove Alaine home. He had to admit he wasn’t entirely sure how to get to Alaine’s place. Liam shook his head lightly at Alaine. ”Some what but not really exactly where.” He spoke a little unsure of himself. Liam hoped Alaine didn’t mind giving him directions, at least he could follow.
