Shin's dad came home. "Hey sport, what's sha-" He saw his beloved's body on the floor. "Shin!? Do you know what happened to your mother!?"
Kuro whispered into the boy's ear. "Just tell him what it looked like."
"No. She just grabbed her stomach and started shakin' all over. Her eyes were all wide and stuff, then she just sorta went to sleep."
"She... She's not sleeping, son. She's dead."
This struck a raw nerve. "NO SHE ISN'T! SHE'S JUST SLEEPIN'!"
"Now, I know how you feel, but she's gone. She's gone now."
"I made her go away! Now I'll make you go away for sayin' she's dead!" With a flash, he had written down his father's name in the note as well.
He watched T.V. and ate cookies all night...

Kibai opened his eyes. He had fallen asleep in fron t of the computer, working with L all night on the Kira case. L asking a question, Kibai givin him the wrong answer.
"Its almost a shame."

Julia came down the elevator, L was sitting in the same spot as when Kibai feel asleep. "whats a shame?" Julia asked walking over, she looked at her clock. "7:20 am... " she said, "this is the earliest i have woken up since i moved in here..."

Julia walked over, clearly having no idea what would happen in ten minutes. She sat down next to L.

Matsuda walked into the room.
"A young girl named Shiu is at the front door, she wants to see Kibai.."
"Ah! Shiu! That's my little sister.. L, can she come in? I forgot to go home to check on her."

L looked slightly sad, "Mabey you should go down stairs and talk to her... she can stay on the 2 floor if she like... i just feel i have let to many people see my face..." he said.

"Understood. See you back here in a bit." Kibai walked into the elevator, and grinned as the doors closed, being careful not to let anyone see the smile.

Julia sat next to L for a few minutes before he spoke up, "Julia... i need to tell you this... ok.. i think i know who kira is... it is-" L stoped suddenly, his hand jumped to his heart, he gave a small gasp. Julia jumped up, she had seen this before. L's hand clutched at his heart as it gave away. He fell to the floor. "K-kira..." he mumbled looking up at Julia, "N-NOOO! no.." she yelled, L's eyes closed slowly.

Shiu smiled as she climbed back into the limo.
"See you at home, Onii-san.."
"I'll see you, Imoto." Kibai waved and headed back inside, and into the elevator.

julia felt someone pull her up. handcuff locked around her wrists, "Julia, you are under arrest for being Kira..." Matsuda pushed her forward.

(Not if I have anything to say about it... A kindergarten student will be so much harder to detect... Besides, he's not another Kira. The first two kills were because his parents refused to play. He isn't in the pursuit of justice; he just wants to play a game. But what he doesn't know is that the game pieces don't reset when the game is reset... His concepts of life and death are still undeveloped...)
Shin was on the school bus the next day. He had made his own lunch, primarily consisting of any cookies and junk food he could get his hands on, due to the fact that his Mom was no longer around to do so for him. As he sat on the bus, Kuro decided to show him the games he had to play. "Hey, Shin, you want to play a game?"
"Sure."
"Look out the window. You can see the people in the cars next to us, right?"
"Yeah."
"Alright. I bet you can't get rid of 10 people before we get to school."
"You're on!"
There were 10 car crashes that day. 37 casualties, with the passengers all accounted for.
As they got of the bus, Shin was laughing. "I told you I could do it! And did you see how those cars hit each other? BOOM! It was totally awesome!"
Kuro laughed with him, finding it even funnier with all the inside jokes. "Yeah, that was great! Let's see if we can get even more on the way home!"
...In class, Mrs. Shirinai noticed Shin drawing a picture of two people. One was a little kid. The other was a big black thing with red eyes and wings. "Shin, what are you drawing?"
"I'm drawing a picture of me and my best friend."
"Friend?"
"Yeah, he's right next to me. His name is Kuro. He likes apples, but I think they're icky. But we still have fun together."
She was worried, of course, but not too upset. Imaginary friends were normal for kids, right? Kuro laughed. "Get a load of this! She can't even see me!"
When Shin laughed, she asked why. His response was simple. "Kuro's making faces at you."
"Well that's not nice! Can you tell him to stop?"
Kuro picked up a piece of paper and wrote on it, taping it to the teacher's back. When she turned around to see what touched her, she couldn't see anything, but Shin could see the 'Kick me!' plainly on her back.
That class was full of laughs that day.

Matsuda lead Julia down the hall. "Matsuda... i am not kira... i am not kira!!" she practicly yelled, trying to pull her hands free of the handcuffs. "I am sorry.. L still suspected you.. and your friend will be put in confinment too..." what was it in his voice, pity? Julia stummbled down the hall.

Kibai looked in his watch while he was still in the elevator. L's time had passed.
"Taku. L is dead, and if i was correct, Jay should be being put in jail right now. And I should be next. After three weeks in confinement, I want you to take the note. Return it to me when Matsuda dies, so naturally, keep an eye on him."
Are you sure, Kibai?
"Positive." Kibai stepped from the elevator, pretending to be shocked at L's body.

Julia looked back at Kibai, shock and horror in her expression. Her wrists were turning red from where she was trying to free them from behind her back. "Kibai.. tell them that i am not Kira... i am not Kira.. not kira.. " she said, her voice was full of desperation. Matsuda kept a firm hand on Julias upper arm, keeping her from falling down. "Kibai.. please... tell them that i am not Kira.. that i didnt kill L... i am not kira... i didnt kill anyone!!" she pleaded.
