Japanese Type 94 Shiki Kenju pistol.
A god awful gun by any standard. It featured an exposed trigger bar on the left side of the frame, which if bumped of pushed, would cause the gun to unexpectedly discharge. It also was prone to firing a round before it was fully chambered.
Best of all, it was issued to tank crews.

That is, without a doubt, the second ugliest automatic pistol I've ever seen. The Borchardt still holds the title as the ugliest. By the way, whatever happened to the Ugly Guns thread? EDIT: And now for something completely different: Full points if you can tell me what it is, what it's from and what it shoots. Bonus points if you can tell me what it's made from.

The Fallout 3 railway rifle, made from a steam gauge assembly, a pressure cooker, a crutch, and a fission battery, which fires railroad spikes with an amusing 'toot-toot' noise. My favorite of all crafted weapons, though less useful than the dart gun.

Um, the irons look like they could be from an H&K gun, and the rail looks like some I've seen on AR platforms. As for the foregrip, you've got me.
