Give me a small summary of your herd concept or you can tell me about an existing herd they would be joing: Long ago, longer now than any can remember, flame bearing Soquili much like these destroyed their own lands and the lands of neighboring herds with their war-like ways and infighting. They were meant to work together and in the very beginning of this herd's existence everything had worked. But after the last inner war, when their race was all but extinct, the ones who were left came together and a decision was made. Before, every flame bearer was able to choose their own path in life regardless of the color of their fire. Now the color of one's flame would define what that Soquili would be. There would be no more choosing. There would be no more infighting. There would be peace.
Job System:
Burning Furies of the red flames would be their warriors, the ones who would protect the herd from outsiders.
Ring of Fire of the orange flame would be their defenders. Their last line of defense and the Soquili who taught the others self-defense.
Sparks of Life of the green flames would be their agriculturalists, the ones who tended their gardens and gathered their herbs.
Fires of Justice of the blue flames would be their diplomats, those who made their laws and saw to it that they were enforced.
Dying Embers of the violet flames would be their seers, of a sort, their recorders.(edited)
They alone can determine if a Soquili is near to death.
Searing Passions of the rose flames would be their matchmakers, their nursery workers.
Any extra info?: Job systems would likely be added and possibly even muddled the more espansive they grow and gain more members, but for the early beginnings the job system will be used.
