They had left things off in a rather awkward place. On the one hand, he knew that Micha was not angry with him or truly upset about things. But he knew at the same time he was more than a little relieved to have Samuel at long last, leave him be. Thinking on this, it was hard not to stay out of his head. When he did find his words though, he sounded like an idiot. He watched as the male nodded and spoke. It was no shocker really. But it would be rude to assume every person in this place was a Parisian, right? He nodded silently before ordering his second drink. After it came he turned to the male again to speak. And just like his first response, it wasn't too surprising. But something about him caught his attention. His eyes watched the male play with the stem of his glass. Samuel took a small sip when the conversation was soon turned back towards him. He gave a shrug at first. What was the best way to explain his reason? Work sounded so lame even though it was the truth. Not wanting to stall, he guessed he had no choice. "Work." he replied. "I'm helping a friend and client with the promotion of a new business."
Samuel reached back for his wallet and pulled out one of his business cards. "My name is Samuel by the way. Nice to meet you." he said, handing it over to the male. He stuffed his wallet back in his pocket. He took another sip. If drinking and conversation was all the male was here for then he didn't mind sticking around. He had no idea what the bit about something more was about, but it didn't take much to get an idea. After all he worked in a club and sometimes manned the bar. He'd seen that same song and dance hundreds of times. In fact, he'd used that same song and dance on many a men. If memory served right, he even used it on Micha.
Internally, Samuel groaned. He needed to stop thinking about Micha. After all he was the one who decided to stay back in New York and get on with God knows what. Still, here he was in the lap of luxury with a gorgeous man and all he could think about was the man who was sending him half-assed texts. It hadn't even been a full day since he left and he was already pining for him. It was incredibly pathetic. He wondered how rude it might be if he were to take out his phone now and stare at old couple pictures.

In a war of words, Alaine was not about to let Liam have the upper hand. But if he wore those shorts outside his house or this club, he most certainly would not have to worry about riding with Alaine tonight. As they made their way upstair, he could feel the males eyes on him. But he didn't give him the option of trying anything more. Instead he focused on dressing and fixing his hair. When he was ready, he turned to Liam. Alaine smiled back at the male and nodded. "Yeah. Do you want to drive today?" he asked, coming around the bed. He made his way towards the door, only pausing long enough to make sure he had a pair of socks in his hand and his phone. His keys were downstairs where they belonged by the door. As was his wallet. He was about to move again to leave, instead he turned towards the male. Stepping closer to him, he wrapped his arms around his neck and kissed him sweetly. If they were going to continue flirting and teasing like this, he needed to get rid of a bit of this school-girl giddy bullshit feeling that had been building since Liam came downstairs. And since they were about to leave, kissing was going to have to be the way to go.

Soon finishing up his own drink, Avery ordered himself another. He didn’t drink much often, but perhaps tonight would change that. Avery thanked the bartender once again before turning his attention back toward the male. He took in his appearance, and nodded slightly. There were always many who came and went, the typical business man. Avery didn’t care however what sort of job this man had. It was never about money that attracted him to a person. He found that sleeping with someone, was usually the best medicine for a hard day. Smiling as that male finally answered him. He was curious to what else was distracting him. It didn’t appear to be work. Avery sipped on his drink, dismissing his word answer. That did not interest him. He did not want to think about his own work right now, let alone anyone else's. Avery watched as the male dug into his wallet retrieving a card. He took it looking it over a little before looking back at Samuel as he introduced himself. Avery smiled at Samuel as he spoke, ”Nice to meet you too.” He spoke not even offering up his own name. Avery didn’t find the need for names usually. He much preferred to at least have some sort of identity. As he sat there he took note the male was thinking of something, at least not of all him. Avery didn’t mind, though he couldn’t help want to bait Samuel. ”So after a long flight, what seems to be troubling you so?” He spoke playfully as he turned in his chair a little to face Samuel. Avery crossed his leg over the other as he sat there.

From the corner of his eye, he could tell the male was about as uninterested in his life story as he was in telling it. Yet here he was still giving away bits of himself. The fact that the male did not give him a name did not go unnoticed. But he didn't really care. The chances of running in to him again were slim and he highly doubted he would be seeing this person again after tonight. He watched as the male ordered himself another drink and nodded silently after he spoke. Perhaps if Samuel could stay out of his head he'd be a little more inclined to conversation. But as of this moment he'd rather wallow in his own self pity. Lifting his glass, he swallowed the remaining contents in one go. He then signaled the bartender for his third scotch.
The man came over with a smile and poured him his drink as he was doing so, his attention was once more grabbed by the person to his right. Something about the males' tone annoyed him. Was he.....no. Or was he? This person couldn't possibly be hitting on him, could he? Definitely not. He was just a little buzzed was all. Seeing the male turn more towards him, he saw that he was still waiting for his answer. Sighing, he turned to give the male his attention as well. Samuel then began spilling his guts about the last couple of weeks, leaving out a few choice details. But it was more or less the whole story of their whole crazy ordeal. He talked and drank, his hands gesturing wildly as he expressed his discontent in his relationship.
"And to make things worse, he's so ******** pig headed! Like, you stupid idiot would it kill you just to accept help once in awhile?!" His rambles faded into strings of Russian insults. He signaled for his fifth drink and sighed for what had to of been the ten time in the last hour. "Why do I love him? He's turned me into a mad man. I mean, not even twelve hours we've been apart and I'm sitting here in bar, pining after him. I'm in one of the most beautiful cities in the world and all I can think about is him. Well, ******** you Micha." Samuel lifted his glass and drank its' contents all in one go. He was now good and drunk. A tad angry. But nicely drunk.

The thought of getting lost on the way to the grocery store was certainly unappealing to him. Though it was a bit surprising how directionally challenged Liam seemed to be. "That's fine. I don't mind." he said before pausing. First things first, this pent up energy did not need to leave this room. Soon after killing Liam, he felt the male kiss him back. He stumbled closer to the male as his hands pulled him toward him. Alaine kissed him again and then a third time before pulling back. "Alright, let's go." he said, smirking at the male. Alaine headed out of his room and down the stairs to the same door that they entered last night. Hovering in the foyer, he pulled on his socks and then his shoes. He plucked his keys from beside the door and checked to see if Liam was ready. He was patient enough to let him finish. In the meantime, he unlocked the doors and raised the garage door. When it seemed that the male was finished putting on his shoes, Alaine punched the four digit code into the alarm system. He quietly motioned for Liam to head out first and soon followed behind, pulling the door with him. Locking up, he could hear the alarm through the door making its usual noise as it armed itself. When he finished locking up, he walked over to his car, unlocked the doors and slid into the driver's seat.

While it was clear to him that his words made no sense to the male. He still felt the utmost need to get them across. He wasn't so easily going to let this man say or do as he pleased. A lot of things Samuel was, but a cheater was not one of them. The longer he sat there though the more the liquor seemed to weigh him down. His mind was already half gone, making it so very hard to concentrate. Perhaps he should have thought through ordering so much to drink. Too late now though. He was sure to have a hangover by sunrise. That was something he would deal with then.
Samuel forced himself to concentrate as the male moved even closer to him. So close in fact, he could likely describe the scent of his shampoo and natural musk if he so wanted. Something about the way the male smiled, irritated him. He couldn't bring himself to push him off though. He listened to him speak and managed to roll his eyes. "Mighty cocky of yourself." he muttered. Samuel had met many a men like this one. It always amazed him how big they loved to talk. But at the end of the end, it was just that. He looked down at his lap, feeling the males hand caress his thigh and soon between his legs. Before he could say much more the male was kissing his neck and whispering in his ear.
This was wrong. It was wrong, he needed to stop. He had a boyfriend. Micha was his boyfriend. He loved Micha. He was in love with Micha. His phone, his head, they were both filled with pictures and memories of Micha. So why wasn't he stopping this guy. He heard the male speak again and contemplated the consequences of his actions in the span of five seconds. Grabbing the males wrist, he forced him to stop what he was doing. At the same time, Samuel signaled for the bartender. The man walked over as if he hadn't seen a thing. Perhaps he was used to this sort of behavior. All the same, Samuel informed the man to charge his drink to his room. He handed over his room key so the male could go ahead and swipe his card. As he did that, Samuel took a moment to turn back to the other. He was still holding on his wrist but had yet to give him an answer. When he was given back his card, he smiled at the man. "Shall we?" he asked.

As the lift rose, Samuel was pleased to hear that the male was indeed a bottom. If it had turned the other way around, he would have told the male to just go back downstairs. He was in no mood to have his a** prodded. He nodded quietly in response and watched the numbers rise one by one. In just a couple of minutes they made it to his floor. The elevator dinged as the doors slide open. Samuel pushed off the railing and walked down the carpeted hallway to the point where it split. He took the left hall about halfway down before turning to his room on the right. With clumsy hands he pulled out his key card and slid it into the slot. The light turned green and he pulled the handle up to open the door. Stepping into his room it was pitch black, spare for the glow numbers on the clock and the street lights outside his window. Samuel placed the DO NOT DISTURB card on his door handle then moved to find some light.
Walking in a little further, Samuel flipped on the nearest light. He paddd over to the small desk where he set the key down on the desk top, along with his wallet. "So....you have any rules? Do you wanna shower? " he asked curiously. He remembered his first few times with Micha. They were always so clumsy and mindful of one another. Samuel didn't want to make things difficult with this person. He just wanted to ********, sleep, and get on with work. While he waited for answer, Samuel pulled his cellphone out of his pocket. He pulled up the previous message thread from Micha. He thought of sending him a message to let him know he wouldn't be available the rest of the evening. But he wasn't entirely sure he would be able to spell everything correctly in his intoxicated state. The last thing he wanted was for Micha to start asking a million questions. Hitting the home button, he decided instead to put the device on silent. He set the phone with his other belongings and turned to the male.
What a turn around. After being cheated on so many times, here he was doing the cheating. It felt a little odd. But in a good way. He wasn't sure how to explain it. Was he supposed to kiss him? Hold him like a lover? Or would it be easier to just take him here on the floor? No thinking, no second guessing. Just raw, in the moment passion. To get his boyfriend off his mind and the stress out of the system.
