Ok so Pirates Vs. Ninjas Pirates win hands down, but how about Pirates Vs. Fictional Ninjas?

Then that means that we use Fictional pirates.
And then they win. because even if you kill a pirate, they come back as ghosts. And Ninjas cant beat ghosts.

The only way Ninjas win the Ninja vs. Pirate fight is if they're the Ninjas of NINJA Society of ASK A NINJA.

Here, it's all pirates. Why? There's no such thing as a ninja in SW. Jedi/Sith don't count.

Hmm... There are some extremely advanced martial arts some of which could be similar to ninjitsu. The most likely candidate in that class would be the echani, considering their tendency for light armor and melee arms.

Yeah, but you can't do crazy stunts to block an incoming turbolaser. Plus all the melee prowess in the universe is useless if your enemy is attacking from orbit.
