SubonicXP RhymeJW Her memories of the past were whipped clean. All she had with her in her bag was the log of snagem and a old map. A new name and a new face almost was what was left. She knew there must have been some past, but it was surly best to leave the past behind. Rather then try and relate any of what had happened to her, she introduced herself to the dark figure with a smile on her face. "Hello, my name is Josepha. I'm looking for a place to call home and a cause that I can support. I'm eager and hard working, also very dedicated and loyal." She gave a slight chuckle "I kind of feel like I just described myself as an eevee." With that she extended her hand. "What would it take for me to become part of your team?" Sub's eyes danced around as her looked over the woman who addressed herself as Josepha, he still wasn't sure to trust this person, it wasn't common for someone to just walk up into their headquarters and offer their services, maybe he was just being too paranoid. "Pleased to meet you, Josepha. You can call me Sub, though that's not my real name but it's what you can call me, I'm the leader of this team here." Sub said as he took her hand and shook it with a smile. "Come on in, we can speak more inside, it's bad manners to stand in doorways." Sub said as he walked away from the door, and over to a small table that was in the main area of the building, there were two chairs, he took one and sat down in it. "Please, sit down." He said motioning for the girl and come over and sit down on the other side of him. "Ah yes my apologies, where are my manners." After shaking his hand she followed him in and had a seat at the chair adjacent to him. "I'm sure you're puzzled as to how I ended up here, but I have to say I'm not quite clear on that myself. I may have traveled to these parts in my youth, perhaps as a little girl. I always thought that Snagem was perhaps a myth but now sitting here in your presents, I would have to say more legend perhaps?" She winked at him. "Sadly as you can see I just look like a soar beat up traveler, not much to the eyes. My memory has been wiped clean and this name cast upon me. You can call my Josey if you like. I have no belongings and not a pokemon to my name. Yet I carry this." Taking the logo from what may have been a torn jacket or suit of sorts from her pocket she handed Sub the Snagem logo. "My gut tells me, this is where I belong." She looked at him now with a longing expression awaiting what he might say and hoping she would be accepted.

He just sat the piece of cloth down for now and focused back on the person in front of him. "Well, I'll be honest with you, I'm perplexed on this whole situation, what with your sudden appearance, your lack of a memory, and now this." He said holding up the Snagem logo, and then setting it back down right after. "But Snagem has never turned away someone in need before, and I don't intend on starting now." Sub leaned back in his chair at that point, his hands behind his head as he looked up at the ceiling briefly and rocked back onto two of the chair's legs. "I suppose you'll need a Pokemon to defend yourself with then. Won't be too much of an asset to the team without one, but first, it looks like you could use a good shower and maybe something to eat. How does that sound?" He asked the girl.

I was a bit hesitant on presenting myself in such a state, but I really didn't seem to have the choice. So yes, that sounds like it would be the ideal thing at this moment." He would stay gone for a good few minutes before returning with a set of clothes. Plain black t-shirt, blue jeans, socks, the works. "Here you go, I made assumptions on your sizes, so forgive me if I goofed big time." He said handing her the clothing. "There is a bathroom up the stairs, immediately to the left, you can't miss it, you can take a shower there, you'll find everything you need." He said to Josepha.

Josey took her shower and washed up with what was there putting on the cloths. There were a bit baggy, but that was how she preferred them anyways. Heading back downstairs and into what seemed like the kitchen she found the trash can and just disposed of the wretched clothes she had been wearing. She looked around but didn't dear help herself, rather she found a spot at a table and just sat there waiting for further direction. "So, did you enjoy your shower?" Sub said as he walked up to Josey, he had spotted her exiting the bathroom and followed her to see how she was doing so far. "The cloths fit alright for the most part? Later we can get you some more appropriate clothing if you wish, completely up to you." He said as he eyed the girl, he couldn't help but notice her gaze as it shifted around the kitchen. "You hungry? If so, help yourself, we tend to keep the kitchen stocked with all sorts of goods, what with all the Pokemon and different people here we tend to cater to many tastes, so I'll be shocked if you can't find something you would like to eat."

"Oh man, I'm sorry I must be a terrible guest and look like some kind of wild beast." Swallowing the bite she then went and got a plate and sat back down. "Trust me, I'm not normally like this. I just can't remember the last time I had a good meal. These cloths are perfect as well, I'm just very grateful. Of course I'd expect to pull my own wait around here. Once I can have a pokemon and some rest I'd be happy to do something to... pro..ve..my..self", she said her last words as she was taking another bite of the chicken leg.

"You'll learn that there are all sorts of colorful characters around here so watching someone eat a chicken leg like a Munchlax that hasn't seen food in a week is nothing startling...I joke though." Sub said with a chuckle. "But please, eat all you want, rest up, and then we'll see about getting you a Pokemon and I'll fill you in on how things work around here and your job, what do you think of that?" He asked her.

SubonicXP RCCaughtem It would be several minutes, but then a powerful combined Dragon Pulse would erupt from the depths, striking the mystery pokemon. Suddenly, as the attacks hit the invisible targets two Pokemon would shoot out of the water, a Wailmer and a Staryu that would be attached onto its underside, apparently it was the Wailmer using Mist and the Staryu using Camoflauge to disguise themselves in the water. But there was more going on than just this, apparently even if the mist cover failed it would still serve a purpose of distracting as two Pelipper flew over the dam near the Power Plant as they dropped Spheal from their bills. The spherical Pokemon would then in case themselves in ice with Ice Ball as they fell towards the dam and would then ram themselves into it as an attempt to damage it. All Water Pokemon, strange. Now what was this crap?! Ryan whistles and waves at Aerial. She flies over and Ryan points at the incoming Pelipper. "Knock them out of the sky with Shock Wave!" Ryan orders and calls out Gardevoir. "There dropping Spheal's that are ice encased! if any start falling, direct them away with Psychic!" Ryan says. Aerial zip back up into the skies and starts downing any incoming Pelipper, Gardevoir was standing at the ready to take care of any incoming Spheal. Orth and Lapras unload another combined Dragon Pluse to make sure that Wailmer and Staryu were out of the Equation. Seel and Tank were still out on Patrol.

"I'm actually quite tired, I didn't really feel it when I first entered because I think I had some build up adrenalin." She let out another yawn. "If you wouldn't mind, I would love to retire for the night, I feel like I could sleep a whole day away." She looked at him kindly. "Very well then, go back up the stairs where the bathroom was located and continue down the hallway, you'll find many doors on either side, each with a name plate on the the door, look for one with a blank name plate, that will be your room here for here on out, you'll find all the essentials inside, bed, dresser, lamp, the works. You can make it your own in time." Sub explained to the girl.

Josey grabbed a bag of chips and headed back up the stairs. "Thanks so much Sub for everything! I can't wait to get started work and all, I'm really excited." Her voice trailed off as she disappeared around the corner of the corridor. She walked down the hall wishing she had a bit more light, it was rather dark but finally after passing what seemed like dozens of doors so located one with a blank name plate.
Opening the door Josey stepped in trying not to make the floor boards creak. She set the bag of chips down on the night stand, kind of a just in case she wakes up and is hungry snack, and turned on the lamp. Shadows were cast along the wall and floor. It was rather bleak, but at least it was a room with a bed. She saw a set of clean sheets laid out and made the bed up before laying down.
Now looking up at the ceiling she leaned over and turned the light off. Closing her eyes her only thought as she drifted to sleep was... I've found home....

Ryan orders and calls out Gardevoir. "There dropping Spheal's that are ice encased! if any start falling, direct them away with Psychic!" Ryan says. Aerial zip back up into the skies and starts downing any incoming Pelipper, Gardevoir was standing at the ready to take care of any incoming Spheal. Orth and Lapras unload another combined Dragon Pluse to make sure that Wailmer and Staryu were out of the Equation. Seel and Tank were still out on Patrol. Both of the Pelipper were hit, falling into the water with a splash, as for the Spheal only one of them was knocked away, the other managed to hit its mark, putting a dent in the dam. As for the Wailmer and Staryu they recovered enough to retaliate as the Staryu began to spin vigorously until it was nothing but a silver disc with its Gyro Ball attack, the Wailmer would then blast the Staryu at the incoming Dragon Pulse with a Hydro Pump attack from its blowhole, causing the Staryu to slice through the Dragon Pulse and head straight for its attackers. As for the Spheal that hit and was near the dam, it wasn't done yet as it proceeded to use Ice Beam to freeze shut the opening in the dam where water passed through.

RCCaughtem Ryan let loose a curse. He saw Orth and Lapras suddenly having issues. "Orth! Protect! Lapras! Blast that Staryu with Thunderbolt!" Ryan orders. Orth would raise the protective shield while Lapas would build up a powerful electric charge in her mouth, then fire it off at the Staryu. The Spheal that had sealed up the dam would be crashed into by Seel using a Headbutt. "Aerial, keep close! Gardevoir! Focus Blast that Ice off the opening! we need to get that water flowing again!" Ryan barks. Aerial nods and holds close. Gardevoir aims at the ice in the water an unleashes a powerful blast of energy that would cause that ice to shatter. The Spheal was knocked back underwater by the Headbutt, causing it to blow bubbles out of annoyance and then swim off, especially after seeing its ice destroyed. As for the Staryu it was knocked a good ways away, knocked out as it floated in the water, and the Wailmer was gone from sight. "How dare attack these precious water Pokemon! You fiend!" A voice shouted from above, should Ryan look up he would see the two Pelipper from before, with a man in blue hanging from them in the air.
