"Oh dammit," Slate rushed over toward Fate, ripping her own cloak as she made a bandage to try and stop the bleeding. "Holy crap, was this because of that pheonix? or did something else happen?"

"I can't get Benkei onto the dragon, Kichi can you help me?" Slate lifted Fate and placed her on the dragon's back before she went over to start trying to move Benkei. "But I was watching her the whole time! I didn't see anything come near enough to rip her open this badly."

"Well it had to have moved faster than you could see, then right? Or it could be invisible in daylight. There are alot of things that can get past anyone if they so disire." he hefted Benkei up onto Denge's back and told him to find a secure location.

"Daylight??" Slate turned to look up, and realized that the sun had risen during the battling, both real and practice. SHe let out a cry and jerked her hood up, fastening her mask before her skin could begin to burn too much. "Damn, I totally lost track of what was happening."

"Look, Slate, I need you to take care of Benkei and Fate once the dragon goes back, I'm trusting you guys so trust me." Kichi said with admirable patience. "Fate doesn't trust me and even if I am untrustworthy you guys will be together at the end of this. So just GO ALREADY!" he signaled to Denge to take off and grab Slate on the way. Then he got a claw in the gut.

"Kichi?" She looked back at him as the dragon grabbed her. "Kichi, what happened?"

"NOTHING!" He roared. "JUST GO!" He grabbed a werewolf by the head and crushed it then held up his sword and twisted in a circle, killing all the werewolves in a three yard radius. He leaped to one side and avoided an attack then killed it with his tail. They kept coming. Kichi kept fighting. five hours later he sat down in the dirt to heal. He passed out after concealing himself.

her skin started to heal itself and she awoke, "where is Kichi???.......*gasp* we need to fine him"

Kichi awoke to the sound of a river rushing by, and got up to go get a drink of water. He then summoned a dragon and left to find Benkei, Slate and Fate.

Benkei coughed up a bit of blood and began to stir.

she wipped the blood from her own mouth and went to him, mixing up am herble medicen to help him.

Slate sat next to Benkei, wiping away the blood he'd coughed up, while she scanned the horizon to see if Kichi was coming. "He's still alive; I can feel it. I think he's coming to us, though."
