Julia looked at him, "No... no i didnt kill him.. i didnt kill him!!!" she said, Matsuda let go of Julia, she fell to the ground crying. "I d-didnt kill him..." she said, tears slid down her face. "I AM NOT KIRA!!!" she screamed, "I am not kira... not kira.. i am not kira.. i didnt kill him.. kira.. not kira.. didnt kill him.. neither of them.." she said, her voice gave out. she just sat there, her hands still cuffed behind her.
Matsuda helped Julia back up, she was still crying. He led her to the confinment room, Julia sank to the wooden floor. Matsuda locked the door behind him, leaving Julia alone.
One of the other tasked force members walked over to Kibai, it was Kanzo Mogi. He put a hand on Kibai's shoulder, "I am sorry to tell you this, but you are going to have to be put into confinment just like Julia... " he said, looking at Kibai.
Julia sat in the room, her head resting on her knees. Her hands were still cuffed behind her back, she closed her eyes against the stinging. Why did kira have to kill takumi and L... what did they ever do to him. Nothing, except wanting to solve this case. Julia remebered her dad, what would he say when he found out she was arrested for being kira...

"I know, L told me I was a suspect.. it only makes sense.." Kibai allowed himself to be cuffed and brought to his cell."
A cellphone on the table rang, amongst the many toy robots and lego pieces. A man wearing a black suit and tie picked it up and turned it on, lowering it then to the ear of a white haired young boy, who was playing with dice.
"President Hoope, have you gone over what I sent you?"
"Yes, Near."
"So do I have permission to start the SPK?"
"Yes. The money has been forewarded to your account."
"Very good." The man in the suit pressed 'end' on the phone and set it down again on the table.

Mello stood on the roof of a building. "i will beat Near..." he said, looking over the horizen. "Sure you will..." Said Matt, his goggles in place on his head, for he was playing a gameboy. Mello took a bite of chocolete.
Julia sighed, her arms ached from the postion she was in. "Why wont you just admit of being Kira?" a voice asked. "IM NOT KIRA!!" Julia yelled looking up at the camera that was in the corner of the cell, " why wont you beleive me?!?"

Shin returned home. He was hungry, and he didn't know how to cook. Furthermore, he had run out of junk food. He looked down at the corpses of his parents. "Kuro, I'm hungry. How do I make them come back?"
"You don't. You made them go away."
"Yeah, but I want them back."
"Well, what are you telling me for? I can't bring them back. They're gone forever and ever and ever." Kuro struggled to keep the laughter back.
"No! They can't be gone! They can't be!"
"They can. And you made sure of it."
Shin's eyes blazed with anger. He quickly wrote down 'Kuro' in the book, and looked at Kuro with a triumphant smile. Which was wiped off his face shortly.
"That won't work on me, kiddo." He burst into laughter.
Shin burst into tears.
The next morning, the police found three bodies. The first two had heart attacks. The third had stuck a fork into a plug-in. They blamed it on Kira.
Kuro flew back to the Shinigami realm, laughing like there was no tomorrow.

Near twirled his hair while he walked down the marble hallway of the SPK headquarters. He entered the room at the end to the lef, and sat in a chair in front of his computer, his assistant standing next to him.
"Have the funds come in?"
"Yes, Near, sir. 600,000 for reasearch and payments."

Mello looked at matt. "I will beat Near to Kira.. I will be first this time..." he said taking another bite of chocolete. Matt nodded. "Okay.. " he said.
Julia fell asleep after a few hours. she was laying on her side. Her hands were still cuffed behind her back.

Kibai sat with his knees up to his chin, he was asleep with his hands still cuffed behind him.
Near peered down at Julia and Kibai. He pointed to Julia.
"That one, I want her in the interrogation chamber. The other, hold him in level 6."
Kibai awoke, startled as his cuffs were lifted up, forcing him to his feet. He was taken out of the room and the building, put into a van. He looked at the van's radio. It was 4:32 A.M.

Julia woke up as someone moved her. They lifted her up. "Whats going on?" she asked groggly, half asleep, her arms ached from their constain position. "Whats going on?" she asked again more alert.

Kibai looked as Julia was sat down next to him in the van. A man reached in, and uncuffed Kibai and her. A mechanized voice came over a speaker at the top of the van.
"You are still in captivity, do not be misguided. But as the greatest suspects in the Kira case, you will be re-located to Washington DC at the SPK headquarters in America. You are being watched right now, so dont attempt escape."
Near released the button and set the camera watching Kibai and Julia to night vision, to accomadate for the low lighting in the van.
"You will be given food on the way to the airport, ad will have a first-class airline ticket. You will enter the plane alone, but I have agents on board. Act inconspicuous. Apon arrival, a limo service will be waiting. Please dont run, we are trusting you thus far, and we wish to refrain from deadly force."

"Put it through." Near pressed another button and spoke into a microphone.
"Who is calling?" Came a mechanized voice.

Julia rubbed her wrists, She didnt have enough energy to talk.

Near bit his upper lip, very slightly, his equivalent of gasping. He easily recognized the voice.
"Private call. Everyone leaves." Near's assistant shooed everyone from the room and stood outside the door.
"Mello. Why are you asking?"

"Because, we can work together... for you see, you lack the action.. i lack the calm... so you see... me you and matt would make a perfect team.. Along with you SPK team.. " Mello said. Matt continued playing his game.
Julia leaned back in the seat. She looked at Kibai, "i am sorry.. " she said softly, she knew whoever was listening in would here her. "I should have told you no, and not have let you come to the task force..." she said. her voice gave out.
