Same here! I'm glad I never played the game as a child! I would've never played games ever again! LOL! xd And if you think that's scary, try looking at the opening scene of Ghostbusters II where as Vigo talks, his eyes move around semi-realistically in a creepy way and he even has a creepy smile during the game over scene where he escapes from the painting and terrorizes New York with his army of ghosts and phantoms!

Yeah. It looked pretty tough, compared to the first Contra game or something.

i always thought the baby faced monster thing from Contra was totally weird xp

Ah, you must mean Plant Contra from Neo Contra! That dude is one ugly muther ********! He was one of the reasons that I never played the game. LOL! He was just too freaky compared to some of the other giant monsters in the series.

LOL! And if you think that's freaky, try playing the R-Type series! Almost every enemy and boss is a disgusting, organic freak of nature!! 3nodding

True, especially using those indestructible Force orbs and those awesome laser weapons. My favorite weapon was the one that fires in circles.

Yes, yesh! xd And also, the Forces are very useful sometimes for taking out swarms of enemies and most of all, most useful for taking down Dobkeratops in most of the games.

Dobkeratops were a pain in the a** gonk
PostPosted: Tue Jun 01, 2010 10:16 pm
Really? I thought he was as much of a pushover as the Big Core from the Gradius games. LOL. Because the only thing I know about Dobkeratops was that when his chest opens, you had to shoot the Force into it and it'll constantly damage him until he's dead.
