I think standing alone, it's rather plain. Yet with the image, it's not a bad "Cosplay". I do think different hair (I know it's been noted) would be good. With a rather good discription, it could fetch a good score in the arena.
Italian? o.O Or am I confused on the flag.

sweatdrop the victorian uppercrust look definately goes with your personallity but it dosen't have that personable feel to it. by looking the way you do you make it so that i wouldn't pick you out of a crowd to talk to.

they are strikeingly similar. take away the medals and the littlethings that make it an italian general and it looks very close.
