Walter vs Steven Colbert.... That might be an interesting Presidential Race. Colbert would win the popular vote though...

Colbert couldn't get on the Republican Ballot, apparently they require a substantial amount of cash.
So it'd be Colbert (Democrat) vs Walter (Republican).
Colbert would get the national majority while Walter would somehow steal the electorate and remind us how stupid the founders where when they put that system in place.

Stupid how, Stellar? Nothing like the United States had ever been created before. They had no real basis on which to go on. How could they possibly imagine that the Nation they created would continue to exist long after they had gone, that we would become more than a backwoods nation let alone a superpower?

Not to mention, can you rightfully say that you actually can trust the average american to really know how the hell to vote for what they want, not just some popular name and/or face?

The American Nation was founded by the some of the most intelligent men of the Era. I'm not saying they were perfect. Jefferson was a Hypocrit, Franklin a womanizer, Hancock a smuggler ect. Nor was the system they put down perfect. The Current US Constitution was the 2nd try at a governing document. The First one, The Articles of Confederation, made a mess of things.

Yeah. The average American doesnt know squat when it comes to the electoral process. I'm still in the dark about who's all trying to run on the Republican Ticket. If Hillary wins the Democratic Nomination, I'm Voting either Republican r Third Party.
That woman will do this nation no good at all.

Nice super-suit Elvis.
Its not that I think Hillary is the antichrist, but after hearing her say what she planned to do if something like 9-11 happened again, I realized she would do more harm than good as a leader.
