when i told my mom i was checking out bryn mawr college, near philly (it's an all women's college ;D ) she asked if i heard on a blog that it was mecca or something.

there are multiple all-women's colleges :0
bryn mawr, smith, and wellesley are the most prominent.
i want to go to bm because, well obviously it's all girls (i do consider it mecca, idc, it was just lame that my mom said it xD ), but also it ranks really high for academics. that matters to my dad, so there's a good reason for me to be considering it and for my parents to take it seriously, huh? ;D

Today I got paid, ran errands, met with friends for pedicures, ate Taco Bell, and bought a new book.

Only problem there is you might end up dirt poor. Yeah almost everyone in my family has an art gene and the one's who pursue it end up dirt poor. Maybe it's like a family curse.. Oooh scary. But I will probably draft houses and things instead of like..painting and whatnot.
