"Its alright. Really. Im used to getting up earl--" Kibai was cut off the van hit a pothole.
"Mello, Mihael. You've been trying to beat me at everything, everything, for years. It's almost impossible. Plus, you're a known member of the Mafia. I can trust Matt alright, and if he came here, I could work with him. But you, Mihael, will have to live up to it. I'm sorry."

Mello twitched slightly, "How did you find out my name?" he asked in a low voice. Matt walked over,"You ok, Mello?" he asked. Mello just shook his head. "Near, i will not call you by your name... for a name is a highly garded secret, but you are makeing one mistake in not joining, because i know one thing that you dont..." he said.
Julia felt nausus when the van bumped, she hadnt had anything to eat since that morning..., julia shook her head, getting rid of the image of L on the ground.

"Jay.. are you alright?" Kibai gave her a concerned look.
"If you give me some good information, I may be able to get you a pardon. You two can meet me here after that." Near twirled his hair, waiting for an answer.

"Do you think i am dumb enough to give you may information, and just let you then ignor the 'would be pardon'?" Mello asked.
Julia nodded, "I-i am j-just fine.." she mumbled, she couldnt get the image out of her head. Matt walked down the street, he knew that he had to get the girl, and hopefully the guy, out of the car, they were important suspects in the case.

A man reached behind him and gave them each a bagel and coffee.
"Enjoy..." He said in a sarcastic tone.
Near just remained silent.
"I don't. Bu just think about it, being able to walk around without being shot at.. being able to go out and buy more chocolate. Just think about it. I expect an answer in three days."

Mello hung up the phone, he walked with matt. "You know what to do.. " He said, "You worry about getting the girl.. i will get the guy.. " he said. He pulled out a silver gun, matt pulled out a smoke gun.

Kibai saw the faint glimmer of the gun in the back window. He downed his coffee then reached into his pocket, where he activated the scrambler, shutting of Near's camera.
"Near! Sir!"
I see it. Kibai.. I want a second interrogation room prepared for Kibai." Near swiveled in his chair, looking at the lego set he had on the floor.
"Mello, you've done exactly what I wanted you to.."

Matt shot off the smoke gun, right in front of the car. The car came to a sudden halt. Matt and Mello ran to it. Matt flung open the door and reached inside. Julia tryed to pull away, but she was just to tired to. She coughed loudly as the smoke poured into the car. Mello walked over to the other side. He pointed the gun straight at Kibai, " Get out of the car.." he said.

Kibai stepped out of the car.
"Yes.. okay."
The men blundered from the car and took ahold of Kibai. Kibai kicked one in the knee, breaking his leg. The other, he pinned down and held in front of Mello's gun.
"I suppose they dont want to come. Hmm. This puts a c***k in my plans.." Near swiveled around in his chair.
"Sent 8 men to thier location."

Julia was pulled out of the car, she coughed again. She tried to pull away from Matt. Matt sighed, this would be so much easyer if she would just stay still. He knew there car would come soon. He pulled out a small cloth and pressed against julias mouth and nose. A sweet smell filled her lungs. She moved slightly, trying to pull away from him. Her eyes closed, she hung limp in matts arms. "Got the girl.." he said into the walkie-talkie in his hand. Mello nodded as the information was relayed to him threw his ear peice.

"Shoot him." Kibai said to mellow, the bodyguard still freaking in his hands.
"Kill him, ill follow you. I dont care where youre taking us, I just dont want her put through anything she dosent deserve." Kibai glared at Mello.

Mello swung the gun, it slamed into the gaurds head. The gaurd feel to the ground. "Ok then, this way.." he said still aming the gun at Kibai. Matt supported Julia. "Meet you in the car.." he said, he pulled Julia into the waiting car. He knew she wouldnt wake up any time soon, but he locked the handcuff around her hand any way, he locked the other cuff the handle on the door. He buckled the seat belt.

Kibai reached down and took the gun and badge from the dead body guard, and killed of the lame one. He heard sirens, so he hurried into the car.
"Drive."

Matt looked at Kibai suspisously, "Gun.." he said, holding out his hand, he was talking to both Kibai and Mello, Mello handed Matt the gun. he clicked the doors, they locked. "Oh and the back doors only open from the outside.." Matt said. He looked back at Kibai and Julia, she was leaned against the door, her hand was relaxed in the handcuff. Her breathing was soft.
