well, from what little I've seen (because my computer is REALLY picky with youtube) the digital world is in turmoil... again. Armies are being built for control over the digital world and apparently Shoutmon is supposed to be the ruler. Other than that, I think the whole point for the DigiXros is to make Shoutmon stronger similar to Digivolving.
