This is an updated co-ownership agreement for Konu between Huroggmeten and Upside.-.Down.
Rights are divided as follows:
Konu will remain in Huroggmeten's teepee and be RPed by her.
Both Users shall receive the right to display Konu in sig images, banners, herd pictures, etc.
For the time being, Huroggmeten shall retain full Roleplay rights. She has the right to make any life-altering decisions through roleplay without consulting Upside.-.Down (though Upside would love notification of some sort) and has the right to make personality changes resulting from such roleplay.
!!!HOWEVER!!! Should Huroggmeten at any time decide that she has either too much roleplay on her hands, or can no longer maintain roleplays with Konu long enough for him to be considered "well taken care of," Upside.-.Down shall receive FULL ROLEPLAY RIGHTS.
An amendment to this agreement shall be posted should such a thing occur, in which the switch is clearly indicated.
Concerning breedings...
Konu is Lifemated to Sonnet (owned by GriffinFire). heart
As per the new rules, Konu and Sonnet can have 4 total breedings together. (GriffinFire doesn't have a teepee as of June 2013 and so stats were never rolled for Sonnet, but in the future if she chooses to RP and both parties max then any eventual 5th breeding between the pair will be discussed and the co-ownership agreement shall be updated accordingly).
"Each user has full rights to one breeding." (<~ From original co-ownership agreement.)
1) Upside.-.Down has already had her "solo" breeding (from which she claimed the lovely Sonata).
2) Huroggmeten and Upside.-.Down shared rights to Konu's second breeding, and with GriffinFire's permission, both received a basket. (Huroggmeten claimed Rhyme, and Upside.-.Down claimed Shir.)
3) As of the time this updated agreement is posted (June 2013), Huroggmeten is trying for her "solo" breeding with Sonnet and Konu (currently they are listed in the Master CC List, but she may start entering them into slots whenever she is able.) In the event of a third basket, GriffinFire shall decide it's fate.
4) Huroggmeten and Upside.-.Down can chose to share or relinquish rights to Konu's last breeding however they chose to see fit. If both owners chose to claim rights to his last breeding, they shall co-own a basket, and (of course) discuss with GriffinFire the fate of the third.

New Standard Co-Ownershp for ALL Soquili (past and future) when co-owned exclusively between Sabin Duvert and Kamiki
((not valid when Kamiki & Sabin co-own with a 3rd person, or co-ownership between Sabin/Kamiki and other owners))
Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights
- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability
- IC Roleplaying rights will default to whoever houses the stats in their Teepee
- Both owners have the right to enter any of these soquili into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time)
Breeding
- Both owners get full, exclusive rights to two of the four standard breedings. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless one is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations.
- If both owners want to enter the same breeding raffle, priority goes to the owner who has IC RP rights
- In the case of FIVE (or 6, if Elderhood is achieved) Breedings, the extra breeding control defaults to the owner who has IC RP rights
- Each owner has the right to either "give up" or "share" their solo breedings to/with the co-owner.
- If Lifemated, the Soquili can only breed with his/her own lifemate unless a Surrogacy is agreed by all owners.
Life-Altering / Major Decisions
- neither Kamiki nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of any of these Soquili to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner.
- If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner.
- Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc) |

 I, Mewsings of An Angel agree to share ownership of Shadena with Midnightangel2473. Roleplay/Sig RightsBoth parties may RP Shadena as they see fit, but personality must be consistent. If Elderhood is wanted, either party may enter into the contests when such a time comes. Skinwalkering Shadena requires agreement of both parties. Any Tiki Breedings or Wishing Star contest entries involving Shadena must be agreed upon before being posted. Both parties have full sig rights and may display her in signatures, teepees, etc. BreedingsAll breedings must be discussed with co-owner and agreed upon. Basket ownership will be shared between both parties unless otherwise stated when breedings are won.  Co-owners agreement between tanukyle and techabyte.Role-play RightsBoth owners have rights to role-play both in character and out of character. Teepee RightsBoth owners may keep him within their teepees. But, his stats will be stored in techabyte's teepee. Linked here. Breeding:Breeding rights will be shared between the owners. If only two baskets produced, the basket will be co-owned between Kyle and Tech. { Unless one owner opts out of the breeding }. If three baskets, all three owners will talk about what happens to the third basket, giving both owners the option to own one. If they decide to gift the basket to someone else, the first option is then discussed. Life Altering/Major StuffTo be decided together. This includes Flings/LM's/Skinwalker/ect. If either owner disappears for upward 6 months, they can lose ownership. Either owner has a right to give up ownership of him. |
