Mello reached into the car to pull out Kibai. Matt walked into the building with julia. He had the gun he had taken from kibai balnced in one hand, he was also supporting Julia, who was starting to stir. Julia opened her eyes slowly, "w-what happened..." She mumbled, she became aware of the handcuffs, "I thought you said they were going to be taken off.." She mumbled. Matt shook his head. He half draged her into a room. It was a small room, it had a table with two chairs in it. Their were cameras placed all around the room. Matt smiled, he pulled her over to one of the chairs, unlocking the handcuffs he pushed her down in the chair. "Stay.. Mello will be in here in a minute..." he said, then walked out of the room. The door was still unlocked when he left, but julia didnt have the energy to stand up and open it. Who is mello... i thought we were going to see near... is mello working with near... no he or she cant be... what would be the point in the smoke... i hope kibai is ok... julia thought to herself. She laid her head in her arms on top of the table, still in the chair. She sighed.

Matt came back down the steps of the old church. Mello nodded, and went up the steps. Matt walked tword Kibai, "Your room is this way.. " he said. there was a hallway that lead off, there were small rooms of to the side, on in which, looked just like julias.


Julia looked up as Mello entered the room, He sat down across from her, "How much do you want to tell me Kira?" he said, setting the gun in his hand on the table. Julia looked at him, "For the last time, I am not kira.. why do you people keep asking me.. why does everyone think i am kira!" she said. Mello smiled, "Well... by the way you just brought your friend to see L... and how L died when you were with him... just seems like that.. now.. how did L die?" Mello looked into her eyes, like he was reading her mind.

Julia looked at Mello, "You cant be serious... you want me to talk about THAT?" she said staring at him. Her face had turned pale. "Yes i do..." he said blandly. Julia looked at him, her face was horror strucken. "H-how am i supposed to talk about it?" she said.


Matt sat in front of Kibais door. He sat in the chair smoking. He blew the smoke into the air. He was slightly bored, why was he always the one to watch the doors and make sure they didnt leave..

Matt looked at the door, "Dont just bother me right now.." Matt said. He was irritated and didnt want to deal with Kibai. Matt blew out smoke from the cigerette. "We dont have anything to eat here except Mellos choclete..." he said.

Julia looked down the table. "D-do i really have to talk about it?" she asked looking down.

Matt stood up, "What was that... " he said.


Mello jumped up, he grabed julias arm and pulled her out of the chair. He hooked the handcuffs around her wrist. He grabed his gun and pushed julia out of the room. "Whats going on... " she said.

Matt fell to the ground, "damn it..." he mumbled, unable to move.

Mello looked at Kibai. "What if i dont want to..." he said. He moved the gun, and placed it to her head.

Julia face went pale. her eyes were wide.

Matt was able to get out of the building, he was surprised no one saw him.

Julia was still pale as kibai grabbed her. She pulled at the handcuffs that were locked around her wrists behind her back. They were to tight for her to slip her hands out of.

Mello smiled, he pulled out a small switch. "Here is something you cant shot out of my hand..." he said, his thumb resting one the trigger to the bomb. "Either you let me walk out of here with the girl.. or i set off this bomb..." he said quietly.
