Personality:“Hands, put your empty hands in mine
And scars—show me all the scars you hide
And hey, if your wings are broken
Please take mine so yours can open, too
'Cause I'm gonna stand by you…”
From the very moment the wicker lid of her basket was pushed aside to reveal a sky riddled with gleaming stars, Nysa was taught that love is the element that binds all things. That her heart was so much more than a mere organ with the primary function of circulating lifeblood throughout her veins, but a valuable instrument capable of healing and connecting. It is due to the value she places on her heart that she forms a deep and nearly instant connection with whomever she meets. These traits are further engendered by the fact that she is the product of the pure and true love her parents share, as well as her deep family ties.
She is devoted to everyone and everything around her which can often result in her spreading herself a little thin, but she would never own up to it and it would never prevent her from enriching the lives of others. She adores making new friends and, like a delicate flower, would shrink and wilt if ever she were to find herself truly alone.
She is a very physical being and often takes pleasure in expressing her affections through some form of touching or closeness, something that is not always appreciated by near strangers who find themselves meeting her gaze. She knows nothing of bashfulness or propriety as she is guided singularly by her heart.
Genuine and sincere are two words that suit her perfectly, but she is also a bit of a goofball. She remains true to herself and never worries about maintaining appearances. She has no hidden agendas and is as forthcoming as possible, for it is her deepest wish for others to take her as she is and love her despite any perceived flaws. That is her honest approach to love, and one she repays tenfold in kind. She never holds back and loves with everything she has.
