"Hm...Why do the Chaos always underestimate me? I did fine with Beliamus i dont see why you should be any different" she smirked right back at him and with a twitch of her finger her entire body erupted into a shining white flame "Have you ever once thought what it would be like to be stopped by a child?" Akane asked in a voice that was changed by the flame. As the blade flew toward her, her right arm flew up and her left whipped over to hold her bicep. The flame along the fingers of her right hand began to elongate to look like claws, Akane closed her hand just enough to where each of the claw-tips were touching. As soon as each of them made contact there was a small spark and a gigantic beam of white hot light shot at the blade and pushed it back some but it didnt budge after that "Looks like we're at a stalemate for the moment" she chuckled.

Zach tilted his head and the blade began to grow. As it grew, it pushed. And it continued to grow and push until the beam began to scatter around it. "Ha. Beliamus wasn't even able to use his full power. He was . . . attached to his old self to say the least. But me. I am not. I can access the deepest assets of my power." Zach swung his scythe in front of him again and several upon hundreds of tiny red blades shot out from it. They scattered about until they formed a dome like shape around the girl. Then, without much more than hitting the shaft of his blade on the ground, all of the tiny blades shot inwards towards her.

Akane took a deep breath to control her frustration and the beam grew strong again and pushed back against the large blade, and as the beam grew stronger the blade began to crack where it touched. She wasnt even paying attention to the small blades as they surrounded her
"I am the student of Fire, I have no fear and anger and stress make me stonger as it that of a flame...as long as there is something to burn up" Akane said, begining to laugh and with that the beam pushed the blade until it finally slowed its momentum enough to push it to the side, then the little blades began to shoot.
Cutting and slicing through the flames to her arms and legs, and her neck and shoulders and her arms dropped to her sides. "I am not afriad of death but I get to choose when i die, not you" Akane chuckled. She whipped her arm out around her and a section of the dome around her shattered and she walked out. "See now that wasnt so bad, I just wanted to ask you how Yuki was doing?" she said, smiling gently as blood dripped from her firey fingertips.

Zach was agitated. He wasn't going to use any more of his strength on someone like this. It would just be a pathetic waste of time. He let out a sigh and then vanished from his spot, moving at speeds no human could normally obtain. He then reappeared behind Akane only by about a foot, his scythe setting cleanly at her throat. "No fear of death. I can show you death if you like. It would be an enjoyable moment for the both of us." Zach knew he would know have to kill the girl to show her death. It was a trick that the Liches taught him. Now, he wondered if he would just have to use it to break this girl.
[But you are doing wonderful on your responses to attacks. I congragulate you]

[Sorry, but to rebuff you on that, pure light cant really crack and shatter either .And thanks for the compliment, im trying to act weak compaired to you, you are a Lord after all]
Akane chuckled when she felt the sharp edge of his scythe at her throat "What do you expect me to do? Fall on my knees and beg you not to kill me...I think not." she said as if she were bored. The flame on her body disappeared and she lifted her finger to touch the tip of the scythe "Lovely weapon...." Akane said, as if mesmerised then she snapped out of it. Suddenly the cuts and scrapes the small blades had caused disappeared as well "Interesting, looks like that damn shrub's magic works for a while. So are you going to answer my question before you kill me?" Akane asked, then she lifted her hand and began picking under her nails.

Zach smiled and the entire around Akane seemed to go black. No one was around her and nothing was nearby. Then, for the next 72 hours (in this world's time) she would be killed, over and over again. When it was over, the darkness would vanish and Zach was back further away from Akane. His body seemed much more exhausted and he was somewhat leaning on his scythe. "Now that you have experienced death, what do you think of it now. And as for your question, she is doing fine, though Im not sure I can guarantee how much longer."

When the blackness subsided Akane was on her knees, staring at the sky. She blinked hard a few times and then turned to look at Zach her flaming eyes alight with laughter "It wasnt that bad, i stopped feeling the pain after the sixth or seventh time. I have learned to accept death unlike most people, oh and thank you for the information on Yuki" she said as if she were excited and she gave him a scary, dark smile. Akane stood up and turned to face him "Why are you so tired, its not my fault that you had to show an ignorant child what you thought was funny" she tauned.

Zach filled with some suprise. This girl. She was the first to not mentally break through all that. After being killed, the body would heal to feel the pain everytime, but she actually shut down her body to pain. He couldn't believe it. "Well then. I believe you are well worth your position. Maybe you should've been the grand sage and not that pathetic brat that is him right now." Zach reached into his pocket and pulled out a small medallion on a chain. He tossed it over to where it landed right in front of Akane and smiled. "When you come to our citadel for the girl, if you can make it to the prison chamber, then I will let you walk out of there without any problems. That is, if you can make it in the first place." Zach let out a long laugh. He no longer cared about the pureblood. He would talk to him later. He liked how this girl was. Very determined and strong willed. Someday, she would make an excellent Chaos. But that would be a far time from now.

Akane's cruel smile turned into a sickeningly gentle one "You look suprised. I wouldnt want to be the Grand Sage if my life depended on it, its an annoying position and I prefer Fire as my one and only element...it shows my personality and attitude" she chided. Still looking him in the eye, she bent down and picked up the medallion to rest in her palm while the chain dangled between her fingers. "I will keep this as a token of our battle, and i will make it inside. I tired you out with just will-power...and i will be taking my comrades with me" Akane said flashing her flaming eyes on him, they were harsh but filled with saddness and laughter. Akane gave him a slight bow and walked past him, close enough to where she could touch him, to the boy in the bushes. "I look forward to our next battle"

"Make sure that medallion comes with you or else when you arrive in the room, I will kill Yuki right then and there." Zach laughed and began to hop from tree branch to tree branch back towards the citadel.

~Demon Lord, Beliamus~ "Hmmm...A familiar presence," he murmured to himself. It was the energy signature of the pure he battled before and he also felt Zach's energy with her, "Too bad I wanted to claim her life...She's the only pure to have blocked my blade...She's my prey."
"Demon's Whisper,," His mind began to twist toward its own path of greediness and walked onto the balcony outside his room and took a deep breath before using his skill to speak to Zach, "I'm glad you let her escape, Zach."
He closed his mouth with a satisfied grin while tossing his energy around for Akane to sense. If she could feel his energy, it would surely irritate her and probably give her another reason to come to him. He wanted to be her end, just as he was her father's.~Destructive Seed of Sin and Despair~

Akane giggled at his warning and slipped the medallion over her head and it came to rest in the middle of her chest, where her dress opened. "Where did that stupid boy go" she muttered to herself. Then an energy she knew well slammed into her sences like a brick wall. Beliamus! she thought. Akane took a step toward the Citadel then hesitated. "There will be another time to kill that b*****d" Akane thought furiously. So with effort she turned back around to look for the boy.

"Stay out of my head, you pervert!" Akane shouted back at the voice in her head. "Wow...I can never get a break around here. Guys are so annoying" she whispered to herself as she continued through the bushes for the boy she had pushed. "What was he doing back here anyway?" Akane asked aloud.
