hindi po ako manghuhula. rofl rofl hindi ko maccompute kung ilan dapat mabawas sayo kasi kulang sa info.. anyway.. iwas sa pag inom ng alcoholic bev.. madaling makataba yan.. tska chips, softdrinks, concentrated juices fatty foods.. ( you know what i mean dyan..) and instead eating rice sa dinner mo, mag fruits ka na lang.. rofl rofl most of all, EAT IN MODERATION. wag lamon. wink

I'm having a problem with my weight.
I'm not drinking alcohol (baka malason ako rofl ), usually drinking softdrinks (can't get away from it), love chocolates, usually eating junk foods (for snack only).
I'm willing to avoid softdrinks, chocolates, and junkfoods. Do you have any more tips to loose weight or food recipes or slim drugs (HAHAHA)?

Mahilig din ako sa junkfoods pero hndi sa softdrinks and chocolates. Natryan mona ba yung mga slimming tea ng mga chinese? haha. Ok din yun natry ko dati rofl Siguro yung kailangan tlaga dito is exercise and discipline. Just my 2 cents. haha sana may tumulong at magpost dito na may enough knowledge talaga xd

avoid carbs as much as possible, avoid eating heavy meals during late times (like 10pm onwards @ that time, it slows digestion), Don't skip meals (eat small amounts of food), avoid oily foods, Exercise #1 ( i know it's difficult but try to motivate yourself), try to download p90x (exercise video) in torrent sites... very effective!!! HOPE IT HELPS.. GOODLUCK!
