If you want a female you need to put random for gender, and then if the breeding colorist rolls between 80 and 100 from a 1-100 roll, then you get a female.

Pref - 4, 3, reroll =3
To get a female Kelpie through breeding you have to put random as your gender on the breeding form, and there is only a 20% chance. Or there is the very rare chance of a blood moon occuring. If this happens, the goddess comes down and blesses the female child, once this child grows and breeds, they themselves will give birth to another female child.
