The Dawn of Twilight

After a little discussing it was decided that a turtle with wings would be able to fly. However the jury is still out as to if it was legal for me to add wings to an aquatic familiar but this wont effect your current turtle. Aquatic ponies can't have flying wings so it's a little bit of a gray area on familiars.
