I Have to say Gensomaden Saiyuki for both the manga and the anime.
But, I like a lot of Shojo mangas....
Fruits Basket, Absolute Boyfriend, and Vampire Knight (DUH!!) are my favorites there...

Extra: I suffer from an acute insomnia, so you'll probably see me up at like 4am (est) and then go to bed for two hours until school.
