Full Moon - RPG

Edward glanced over at Bella, pulling her all but on to his lap, keeping his arms around her protectively. He did not like this piolet - named Joe, no less, from what Edward could read of the man's thoughts. Joe also seemed to know that there was someone waiting for them in Antarctica, though he did not know her name, and that this third party wanted Bella. This troubled Edward, because if it was the Volturi... that would be bad.

As the turbulance picked up, Edward noticed that Bella was looking sick. he sighed, pulling her closer to him, pulling her head to his shoulder. "Sleep, Bells, you'll need it."

Bella laughed. "Sleep..on this thing? I'd sleep better on you while your running." She inhaled his sweet scent and kissed his shoulder. "Mmmm...I've got a such headache. If it weren't for you, I'd already be sick."



Simon let Alice play with him and get him into his PJ's. He felt weak and exhausted. He lay limp in her arms as his medicine worked. When Hannah came to greet him, he was greatly irritated. He pushed her away and buried his face in Alice's chest to get rid of the screaming.

Alice cuddled Simon gently, while Jasper worked his magic on Hannah. Amazingly, her eyes drooped and she jumped onto the couch to sit comfortably next to her brother and aunt.

Hannah gave Simon a dirty look. "You bad!" She turned away from him, trying to get Jasper's attention.

Jasper turned slightly towards Hannah, putting his arm around her gently. "I don't think we should yell at Simon. Simon is trying to sleep, and frankly, so should you." He said, raising his eyebrows and sending a wave of lethargy out to Hannah.

"No! No...sleepy..." Hannah yawned. She tried to fight it but it wasn't working. She sank into Jasper and began snoozing lightly within minutes.

Simon was already asleep on Alice, drooling a bit.

Alice laughed lightly as she stroked Simon's hair. Jasper smiled gently as Hannah leaned into him, quiet for once. Their hands intertwined and they enjoyed the peace of the moment.

For a few hours, the twins slept very peacefully. But Simon was having a very fitful sleep. He was having a nightmare that his beautiful mother had been turned into a horrible monster with large sharp fangs. She wanted to devour him and kept trying to trick him to get him closer to her. She ate poor Hannah. Simon tried to save his sister but when he came near she lunged at him with a terrible roar, grabbing his throat...

He woke up, screaming and crying for his mama. It couldn't be true, but it seemed so real...

"Simon, it's ok honey, calm down" Rosalie soothed the frightened boy. "Do you want to tell Aunty Rose what's wrong?" Rosalie asked. Hailey started whinning after Simon's screams and Ememtt looked helpless. "Bounce her up and down gently, or rock her" Rosalie suggested. Emmett started rocking her back and forth and sure enough she calmed down.

Simon kept crying loudly. He didn't want to talk about anything... it was all to scary. Why would someone want to turn his mom into such a monster?!

Rosalie was concerned for her little nephew. Gently picking Simon up from Alice's hold she got up and rocked him back and forth, singing an old song that her mother taught her.

Simon settled down and buried himself deep in Rosalie's chest. "Mama..." he whimpered.

"You're mama is fine, sweety. She's with daddy and daddy always keeps mommy safe" Rosalie promised, and then resumed singing.

Simon put his thumb in his mouth and wondered if it was true. He loved his daddy so much, but he also knew he was so different from his mama. He also knew that daddy couldn't bite her - just like Simon wasn't supposed to bite people. What would he do if she became a monster like that?!

Edward chuckled softly, resting his head lightly on Bellas, enjoying the warmth of her skin - what would be the last of that warmth after a couple hours. He sighed heavily.

"You won't be able to sleep after this, Bella. Pleae, sleep now. Just for a moment." He murmured softly, running his fingers through her hair. He smirked slightly and began humming her lullaby.
